Recently sold my property with Anthony Martin barnehurst branch and cannot recommend them enough nothing was too much trouble and all staff were always happy to answer any questions I had, the customer setvice is 10/10. I would like to mention especially Carl who went over and above to make this sale go through quickly and smoothly and put my mind at ease every step of the way and nothing was to much trouble.

Great service from Carl, Sharon, Amelia, and the team at Anthony Martin. Carl’s valuation was very competitive, he was very well prepared when he visited for the valuation and was confident he could get a sale, the fact he was so well prepared was the deciding factor in choosing him to sell our house. We had one open day and from this we had two offers, one of which we accepted. Both Carl and Sharon were available as needed after the sale was agreed, as was Ameila once the sale had been passed to her for progression. Would be happy to use them again.

I have used Anthony Martin twice now. Firstly in 2016 when they sold my home in Barnehurst and secondly in 2021/22 when they sold my Late Father’s House in Erith. On both occasions I have felt in safe hands with them. From beginning to end their service, care and communication have been exemplary, nothing has been too much trouble. Although always very professional they have been like a friend at the end of the phone with their reassurance and honesty. All the staff at Anthony Martin have been superb but one stands out, that being Sharon Newnham. We are very pleased with our home purchase through Anthony Martin Barnehurst Estate agents. I know it sounds cliché saying their sales staff went above and beyond in client care, but they really did a wonderful job. Joe and Tammy were excellent at keeping us informed and was a pleasure to work with. What makes a company great is their people and we can honestly say Anthony Martins Barnehurst branch has great professionals. Last but not the least, Joe suggested their mortgage advisor, Pamela Freeman. We have already worked with an independent mortgage advisor and had a mortgage in principle through them. It was fairly a good deal and we were initially reluctant to change it thinking Pam won’t find a better deal than the current one. Oh boy, we are glad we went ahead with Pam. Not only she got much better mortgage deal, she was an absolute delight to work with. Very meticulous, straight to the point, with a personal touch and just full of positive energy. She took us throughout the entire process, assessed our needs, collected all the data points necessary for presenting our case with the mortgage lender.We would highly recommend Pamela as a mortgage advisor to our friends and family. My mum has recently sold her house and bought a retirement property, Sharon from the Barnehurst branch was there to oversee the sale from start to finish, working closely alongside her colleagues at the Bexleyheath branch who were handling the sale of the retirement flat. Sharon and the team at Barnehurst were so professional, helpful, consistent and reassuring. We couldn’t have been more pleased how smoothly the procedure of the sale went from start to finish, it’s never easy to move from your home at the age of 82 but as above Sharon and her colleagues were there every step of the way.
