Anthony Martin (AM) by far the Best property agents I have dealt with. The team of Cameron and George were fantastic. Albeit the sale took a while, which was more to do with the market factors than any shortcoming on AM, they were a breath of Fresh air in comparison to some of the nasty folk masquerading around as property agents. They were friendly, human and trustworthy. Where I think AM stands head and shoulders above the other lot is that they have Human Values and they deliver a Human based service and they respect their clientele . You cannot place a price on that. I would unreservedly recommend AM to any prospective buyer or seller as you can rest assured that you will receive honesty, a high level of professionalism but above all you get to meet and interact with some genuinely decent people. Well done AM and thank you.

I can't speak for the whole of Anthony Martin, nor of others within this particular branch. But Sharon at the Barnehurst branch has been excellent. I dealt with a number of people from a number of Estate Agents while looking for a property, and Sharon is the only one that listened to my specific needs and only sent me information on properties that I may have genuinely been interested in. She also clearly takes an interest in the properties she's selling and can provide a good level of detail and information beyond just walking through the rooms.

Wow! What can I say. Such a great team at Anthony Martin Barnehurst!!! Would like to say a big thank you to Kevin, Sharon, Tammy, Cameron and George (plus anyone else I missed) for such a great level of service. From the initial meeting with Kevin, it was clear that the team are streets ahead (excuse the pun) of the other Estate Agents: - Customer Service: (10/5) If I could give 10 Stars, I would. They are incredibly friendly and polite, and you really feel special and valued as one of their many customers. - Performance: (5/5) Outstanding... Anthony Martin sold our property within 2 days of it going online, and for well over the asking price. - Communication: (5/5) Simply excellent... From the sale of your property to the purchase of another, the team work together tirelessly to ensure you are always kept up-to-date with the latest news and progress. - Quality of service: (5/5) Perfect... After agreeing to put our home up for sale, the quality of the material Anthony Martin produced was up there with the best. The property brochure looked very professional and smart, compared to the work we had seen from other Estate Agents. The online advertisement was spot-on, all descriptions were accurate and the photos were awesome. To summarise, on the whole, Kevin and the team made the whole process of moving so easy and simple. I really can't recommend and endorse the team enough, and we are certainly looking forward to using them again in the future. Thank you so much for making our future home a reality!

Chloe has been our point person since we signed our tenancy and has been extremely helpful always responding to us promptly and keeping us updated on any issues or with information we have asked for. We had a leak in the bathroom which Chloe ensured was dealt with as quickly as possible, just a few days after we raised the issue. Since the beginning of the tenancy everything has gone smoothly and all interactions with Anthony Martin have been pleasant and efficient.

This is intended to be an honest review and not a bitter one. My experience with these guys wasn’t so good. I made an offer on a property for sale by phone without seeing the property as it was fully booked. My offer was ignored and not put forward to the vendor and by the time I had convinced them it was a serious offer it was too late the vendor had accepted another offer which was actually lower than mine. Some could say I was put on the backbench. And to clarify my offer was made before the other one which was accepted. Feel a bit let down but respects to the vendor for not guzumping! Hope you guys can learn from this as it could be seen as selective selling.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at A.M Barnehurst estate agents. From the initial engagement where Cameron formed a good relationship with us till today. To Joe who built up good rapor and was infact able to remember us after months of no contact due to failed attempts at securing a property with numerous estate agents. After now returning back to A.M, the 3rd property offer then had its fair share of roller coasters with chains etc... Until the final attempt with resilience shown by the team, it became Sharon's turn to try secure us a property in the same street. After a last minute late viewing, Sharon this time managed to jump through hoops and challenges with Property info, legals, Mortgage advisors delays, bank mortgage offer delays, insurances etc....To finally the long awaited email - saying we'd completed on my first home. So it fills me with such joy and pleasure to leave a review for this team...such a valiant effort from Sharon going above and beyond even on days off - valued asset. We’ve just exchange on a house sale via Anthony Martin and I’m so glad we decided to use them. After having a few local agents value the house, Cameron from Anthony Martin valued the property £25,000 higher than the other agents and was confident it would achieve this price. My partner and I had a thoroughly good experience with the Anthony Martin team last year when we bought our first home together and Anthony Martin were the agents our vendors had chosen. From meeting Sharon at our first viewing to the day be went to their offices at one of their branches to pick up our keys, the whole team were welcoming and professional. As first time buyers, my partner and I were unsure of the process but they guided us through this and always communicated with us in a timely fashion. I wish I could give them 0 stars. The only good experience we had was with Ryan (Lettings agent). Apart from him, the property manager we were assigned didn’t communicate ANYTHING we sent to the owners. More importantly, Scott McKenzie (head of property management) is an absolute SCAM. He lied to me on the phone about a 60 day notice we were given from the landlords to move out so they could sell the property. He forced us to pay several weeks extra of rent and refused to confess to his lies and mistakes. I’d recommend not dealing with this Anthony Martin branch. EDIT - in response to this ridiculous response to my review. Scott doesn’t seem to understand that he lied to me on the phone about a 60 day notice to leave. I tried to save myself a bit of money because the owners requested we move out. REGARDLESS of whether or not they allowed to leave even earlier, Scott lied and cost me an extra 2 weeks of rent. So, your recommendation on the phone was not in line with my rental agreement and you were okay to allow it to screw me over. Oddly enough, Scott admitted this mistake to HomeLet, but continues to act like he’s done nothing wrong
