This is the second time we have used Anthony Martin for a house sale and are as impressed with them as always. George was fantastic, he helped us understand the market and helped us achieve an asking price that we wanted whilst remaining competitive in the market. Tarkan and Enola did the show rounds and were both reliable and professional at all times. Nothing was every too much trouble for anyone at the Dartford Branch. We also found that the Sales Progression Team were brilliant. At a time when Solicitors are so busy, the Sales Progression Team took up the slack and always helped us with updates..even when we couldn't get them ourselves. Having purchased a property through Anthony Martin overall we were pleased with the service we received from them. Sometimes it would take longer than we had hoped for someone to come back to us, but I know this can be down to the seller. I think expectations should be clearly set when taking on properties that receiving a timely response from their clients is an expectation of their business. It also feels pointless asking the seller to ensure the house is left clean, tidy and empty as there doesn’t seem to be any measures in place to ensure this happens.

Having requested Anthony Martin at the Swanscombe office to carry out a valuation on an investment property we owned, we were very pleased with their market appraisal and suggested sales strategy, so agreed to sell through them. Through their extensive contacts, we were able to secure a very good offer within a matter of days and solicitors were instructed. Unfortunately there were problems with our tenants vacating, resulting in unnecessary delays which could have caused the sale to fall through, however, through skilful negotiating, the branch manager Danielle Bothwell, successfully kept the buyers on board and the sale went through as originally agreed. They have extensive knowledge of the local market, are professional in their approach, whilst still being very friendly to deal with and very good at keeping you well informed throughout the process.
