We were buyers for Anthony Martin. Despite that they weren't really acting as our agents, yet, our experience with Anthony Martin was delightful. Starting from arranging viewings, to calm negotiation, guidance in the process, responsiveness, proactiveness to follow-up for updates of the onward chain and everything else that one can imagine. We visited the property thrice excl. our surveyor visiting and they were supportive each time. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or even buy through them. I've dealt with many Estate agents but this by far was my worst experience. Dealt with someone named Freya while I was interested in a Property to rent. First of all the directions were quite poor and I had to round in circles a lot to find the property in the first place. There was no mention of the parking arrangements or that there would be no parking available. The viewing itself was quite shambolic. It wasn't an open house but lots of people had turned up at the same time, we all seemed to get in each other's way and the poor tenant was left to do mos of the explanations. Then I made an offer, and they put me on ice for a very long time not providing any response either way. While I waited patiently for their response, I went on Rightmove only for me to notice the property was now showing as 'Let Agreed'. Absolutely appalling way to treat a customer

I would strongly advise people to think carefully before renting through Anthony Martins. In my experience, serious concerns raised by local residents about tenant behaviour were ignored or dismissed rather than properly addressed.

Chloe has been our point person since we signed our tenancy and has been extremely helpful always responding to us promptly and keeping us updated on any issues or with information we have asked for. We had a leak in the bathroom which Chloe ensured was dealt with as quickly as possible, just a few days after we raised the issue. Since the beginning of the tenancy everything has gone smoothly and all interactions with Anthony Martin have been pleasant and efficient.

If you have a dream of buying your first house, never look for this agency, we wasted 4 months waiting for the process, which, by the way, was carried out by the solicitors they recommended, and in the end, the house was completely outside the standards to be sold. How does an agency accept an irregular property like this? We wasted our time, money and we had to re-mortgage with an even higher interest rate.

He had an issue with the flat he was renting..it’s been a year and the problem is still not fixed and Anthony Martin refuses to take responsibility or resolve the issue! We received absolutely disgusting service from this Estate Agents on the day we bought our house. We were lied to about the time the keys we're being dropped off and was told the gentleman who had our keys wasn't in the office even though we could hear other members of staff shouting across the office to him. No apology when he finally turned up an hour and a half after our purchase had been confirmed .Stay well clear of these unprofessional people.
