Worst management team I have ever seen. For two years they didn’t even checked once that how you are living and what do you need actually? And after two years asking for documents and inspections wow. And when you want to leave the property they didn’t returned our deposits. However, Ryan and Freya were amazing I would say. So, please be aware of the management team honestly.

I started my home buying process in January, with just about 2.5 months to spare before the SDLT went up. I was nervous that the purchase would not complete in time but my concerns were laid to rest by Florence, who did a fantastic job on keeping me updated and keeping the heat on the seller and the sellers solicitors to keep the ball rolling. Communications and updates were sent regularly, Flo would often just give me a quick call to address any concerns and queries and overall I truely felt like she had my back during one of the most stressful periods in a persons life. I can strongly recommend Anthony Martin as your Estate Agent if you are looking to buy in the SE area :)

Anthony Martin is the best estate agents. We found our first sweet home through the Anthony Martin. The team are so professional, punctual, responsive and they truly are service focused and endeavour to deliver high standard service. Special thanks to Carl Arnold, Jane Girling, and Lee Ingram who made our property purchase experience so easy, and stress free- from our first viewing to handing us our sweet home key. Prior to getting in touch with Lee and Carl, I was stressed and frustrated with the property market and agents in Bexleyheath area. But Anthony Martin were different from other agents in the market. Lee and Carl went above and beyond to accommodated my first viewing as per my convenient, as I was moving from South London to South East. Likewise, Jane was so helpful and helped me through sales progression phase and kept updating me the progress and also followed up on my behalf to meet my preferences. I will surely look forward to use only Anthony Martin service and expertise for my future purchase or sales.

I used their services before and was not happy. I left a negative review here and was called by a director promising to get back to me if I was to remove my review which I did. 6 months passed no news to my complaint. This time review stays and don’t bother calling. Response to owner: Your staff and your management failed to address our needs and concerns. We lost at least two months rent for your failure and on top of that none of you cared to give us a call back apart from the request to remove the review.

I moved out of a rental property recently and the landlord agreed to return my full deposit. However, over three weeks have passed and it still has not been returned by Anthony Martin. I'm appalled by their lack of concern and no attempt has been made to resolve this issue. I'm sure they'd be quick to chase (and apply late fees / interest) had I missed a payment to them. Just awful.

I would strongly advise people to think carefully before renting through Anthony Martins. In my experience, serious concerns raised by local residents about tenant behaviour were ignored or dismissed rather than properly addressed.

We used Anthony Martin to sell our house, photos taken and descriptions made were very accurate and really showed our home in the best possible light. They gave us a fixed fee, so no worrying about working out commisson which was great for us. Through the whole sale proces, Paul Fryer has been excellent, going above and beyond what is expected. He has been contacting solicitors on our behalf when our buyer needed a little prompting and has never failed to put in extra effort where our move has required it. Daily phone calls to check on progress with our buyer and our soliticor, in addition to keeping the chain informed of the progress. I cannot recommend Paul and Anthony Martin Bexley high enough.

Chloe has been our point person since we signed our tenancy and has been extremely helpful always responding to us promptly and keeping us updated on any issues or with information we have asked for. We had a leak in the bathroom which Chloe ensured was dealt with as quickly as possible, just a few days after we raised the issue. Rented a property through anthony martin for just over three years, overall a good experience with them, especially when we had issues, chloe bromley was a star, always helped us as much as possible if we had any issues at the property, if they had had a suitable place for us when we needed to move we would've stayed renting through them. I first came in contact the Bexley branch after my home had been on sale for over 6 month and only 3 viewings, with another competitive estate agent. The first person I met was Lynn Vidler a very friendly and bubbly lady who went through the whole sale process with me. I later met Lesley Denham who did most of the viewings. She too was friendly, patient and really understood my 'situation'. I couldn't believe the flood of viewers booking to view my home. Anyway, my home was sold within a really short period to meet up a certain 'dead line'. BEST OF ALL GIVEN MY RATHER PECULIAR CIRCUMSTANC, MY FEE WAS DISCOUNTED. They even recommended the solicitor I used. Thanks guys.

If you have a dream of buying your first house, never look for this agency, we wasted 4 months waiting for the process, which, by the way, was carried out by the solicitors they recommended, and in the end, the house was completely outside the standards to be sold. How does an agency accept an irregular property like this? We wasted our time, money and we had to re-mortgage with an even higher interest rate.
