Anthony Martin is one of the worst agencies ever. They’ve treated a family member of mine with such disrespect. He had an issue with the flat he was renting..it’s been a year and the problem is still not fixed and Anthony Martin refuses to take responsibility or resolve the issue! A year......what kind of service is this that goes against every tenant right? Absolutely disgraceful!!

Had a wonderful experience with Anthony Martin from Bexley. Very friendly estate agent, wasn't pushy - which is preferred in my opinion and I received the cutest welcome package from them upon collecting the keys. I'm now looking to sell my property and will be keen to use them. Dropping one star because they never came to collect their Sold board which is still sitting in my back garden. I'll add the star when this is removed! :p

Constant disappointment... My partner and I were 1st time buyers, and were thrilled when our offer on a property was accepted in February 2018. We had every hope of completion by mid-June ready for our move to the area from the Midlands, and were made to believe this was a realistic target. As this date approached, we became concerned that little progress was being made despite regular enquiries on our part. We were constantly told 'you're looking to exchange within the next couple of weeks', however this never came. My work contract began on the 25th June, leading to a 6 week stay in a hotel, plus boarding for my dog and cat in kennels, until we finally completed on the 2nd August. Definitely not the start to my career I had planned! Daily phone calls delivered more false promises, only to find out in mid July that the top of the chain had no intention of moving until August and that this had been known all along. We came very close to abandoning the purchase, and I regret not doing this months previously. Nearly all of our savings went on hotel fees leaving little left over for anything else. The only positive we can take away from this experience is when buying/selling in the future, we have a list of estate agents we know to avoid.

They don't even bother to turn up to viewings when previously booked and I had to conduct them myself. Stay way clear of these cowboys. They just don't seem to know what they are doing
