GoogleNatalie was great managing the letting process for me. It's quite daunting with all the regulations. All was well explained. The portal is a great tool to stay on top of things but anything urgent Natalie would also call. I didn't have to do any chasing. Everything was done for me and cost were made transparent from the outset. I had a tenant within the week paying asking price. Pam ensured all documents and processes were completed and explained every step to us answering any questions we had which meant we fully understood everything. GoogleMy mortgage process was handled by Pamela from Just Mortgages. I was put in touch with Pamela through the Estate Agents at Anthony Martin Barnehurst. Pamela was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process, she was in constant contact to discuss anything and everything. Pamela was able to explain the process fully and explain the options available to me. The whole mortgage process felt easy and manageable with the advice and support of Pamela. GoogleOMG! Anthony Martin acted as my sellers agents I went with Purple Bricks, the 2 have very different attitudes. I got a lot of information and support of Sharon in particular. When I needed some things she saw to it, it was done. I was in contact more with this estate agency than my own and have nothing negative to say only praise. I would highly reccomend using Anthony Martin...& I love my new home.

GoogleHad a wonderful experience with Anthony Martin from Bexley. Very friendly estate agent, wasn't pushy - which is preferred in my opinion and I received the cutest welcome package from them upon collecting the keys. I'm now looking to sell my property and will be keen to use them. Dropping one star because they never came to collect their Sold board which is still sitting in my back garden. I'll add the star when this is removed! :p

FacebookCalled 4 times the branch, no answer. Left 2 voice messages, no call back. 1 week later I see the property I was interested in, sold. It seems absurd I have to chase you for something that should be in your interes
