Can't speak highly enough of the Bexleyheath team. A lot of people talk the talk but between Luke, Mandy and Amelia, my wife and I were so pleased with the service. After struggling to sell our house and having our purchase of another fall through, we had to go back to the drawing board. Enter Luke and the team who came in like Marvel's Avengers and not only helped to find us a buyer, offering even more than we had previously been offered but we also found our forever home through them, which we fell in love with even more so than the original house we went for. Some may argue that the above is all down to luck, however, what can't be argued with is the process of putting our house on the market, organising viewings, and the regular check ins between offer accepted and completion. The worst estate agent ever, please keep far from this estate agent and specially from Michael and his team in Bexleyheath branch! They will just try to sell you bad houses full of issues or to use your offer so they can have a higher offer from another buyer! The first time Michael tried to sell me a house full of issues and dump in Abbey wood but thanks to the building survey ! The Second time I was gazumping and Michael canceled my offer after it was accepted and my mortgage was offered. We were close to completion but he asked me to make a new offer with £25 k higher! so I refused. Then he put the house back on the market so he could sell it for more money . I was shocked and in trouble because I put a notice in my flat and I had nowhere to go . I have complained to HQ but nothing happened ! They are very unprofessional ! If I could give -00 but I can't

Very late in reviewing, but have to say what a fantastic service I recieved from Mandy Godwin at Anthony Martin Estate Agents in Bexleyheath!!! Mandy was not even my estate agents, she was my purchase estate agents and were based 25 miles away from my purchase, but she went above and beyond to help me in what was a very long chain. She treated me like her client, she was professional, courteous, empathetic and very caring! Such a positive lady and so thorough in chasing everyone in the chain. She was the only one who was pro-active, trying to progress forward whereas my estate agents were just awful. I met the rest of the team too, all very professional as well. I asked if they can open a branch close to me as they would do very well with the excellent customer service they provide, they would get highly recommended constantly!! Fabulous service from all the staff at Pickford Lane branch. We have had several ups and downs with selling our property but the sheer amount of hard work these ladies do here is amazing!
