Obviously you need no qualifications to be an estate agent! Swanscombe branch couldn't recognise a Victorian property if it collapsed on them.

I am well impressed by the professionalism, dedication and attention to details to all the staff of Anthony Martin. Special thanks to the senior sales manager Miss Holly Siegenberg. She was very professional, well informed and a great negotiator. We have agreed to purchase a property from Anthony Martin back in October 2021 and we have finally completed on 08.04.2022. It has been very challenging as our lender was very slow. Miss Holly Siegenberg was always there for us from the start to completion. I would highly recommend Anthony Martin Estate Agent.

I was a buyer from Anthony Martin and was on the look for 2 years. Throughout the whole process, I found the estate agent a pleasure to deal with. Direct and prompt with their responses and every effort was afforded to me to squeeze me into appointments which was wonderful. Special thanks to Joe Martin who truly was fantastic to me. A very kind and pleasant person, very professional and always looked out for me. To top it off, when I went to pick the keys up they had a box of goodies for me to welcome me into my new house. They didn't have to do this as I was a buyer and not their client, per se but that shows the care and attention from the Barnehurst team Really appreciate it Joe and the team. Keep doing what you're doing! Service is top!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Lee Ingram from this company was my agent, loved the efficiency of the admin which can always be a pain with agents, also he really minimised the hassle and impact for my young family with the arranging of the visits. Super quick turn around from deciding to sell to being sold and helped me maximise the sale through his experience. Will be using them on my next sale.

Rented a property through anthony martin for just over three years, overall a good experience with them, especially when we had issues, chloe bromley was a star, always helped us as much as possible if we had any issues at the property, if they had had a suitable place for us when we needed to move we would've stayed renting through them. We appreciate everything she did for us and it was a pleasure renting through them. I would happily go back in the future if we need to move again and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.
