We are not happy with the service of this agency. If you need to ask for something, you need to wait for a long time for it and remind them all the time too. You feel ignored from the agency staff. For example, we needed a second door key and we got it after one mouth after request. To get a reference we waited for two weeks. Very bad communication

The worst estate agent ever, please keep far from this estate agent and specially from Michael and his team in Bexleyheath branch! They will just try to sell you bad houses full of issues or to use your offer so they can have a higher offer from another buyer! The first time Michael tried to sell me a house full of issues and dump in Abbey wood but thanks to the building survey ! The Second time I was gazumping and Michael canceled my offer after it was accepted and my mortgage was offered. We were close to completion but he asked me to make a new offer with £25 k higher! so I refused. Then he put the house back on the market so he could sell it for more money . I was shocked and in trouble because I put a notice in my flat and I had nowhere to go . I have complained to HQ but nothing happened ! They are very unprofessional ! If I could give -00 but I can't

Very late in reviewing, but have to say what a fantastic service I recieved from Mandy Godwin at Anthony Martin Estate Agents in Bexleyheath!!! Mandy was not even my estate agents, she was my purchase estate agents and were based 25 miles away from my purchase, but she went above and beyond to help me in what was a very long chain. She treated me like her client, she was professional, courteous, empathetic and very caring! Such a positive lady and so thorough in chasing everyone in the chain. She was the only one who was pro-active, trying to progress forward whereas my estate agents were just awful. I met the rest of the team too, all very professional as well.
