Anthony Martin is the best estate agents. We found our first sweet home through the Anthony Martin. The team are so professional, punctual, responsive and they truly are service focused and endeavour to deliver high standard service. Special thanks to Carl Arnold, Jane Girling, and Lee Ingram who made our property purchase experience so easy, and stress free- from our first viewing to handing us our sweet home key. Prior to getting in touch with Lee and Carl, I was stressed and frustrated with the property market and agents in Bexleyheath area. But Anthony Martin were different from other agents in the market. Lee and Carl went above and beyond to accommodated my first viewing as per my convenient, as I was moving from South London to South East. Likewise, Jane was so helpful and helped me through sales progression phase and kept updating me the progress and also followed up on my behalf to meet my preferences. I will surely look forward to use only Anthony Martin service and expertise for my future purchase or sales.

We sold our house recently with Anthony Martin Bexley and we had a great experience from valuation through to sale. It was refreshing after trying to sell our house in 2018 but with a different agent and we got nowhere! Lee has been great trying to help us find our forever home. I would recommend Anthony Martin to friends and family.

I would highly recommend Anthony Martin Estate Agents (Barnehurst branch). My first time buyer experience was amazing thanks to Kevin, Joe & the team. They are all extremely helpful, courteous and go the extra mile. Kevin kept us informed every step of the way and helped us meet the stamp duty deadline. Will definitely be giving them a call when I'm ready to purchase my next property.

I was a buyer from Anthony Martin and was on the look for 2 years. Throughout the whole process, I found the estate agent a pleasure to deal with. Direct and prompt with their responses and every effort was afforded to me to squeeze me into appointments which was wonderful. Special thanks to Joe Martin who truly was fantastic to me. A very kind and pleasant person, very professional and always looked out for me. To top it off, when I went to pick the keys up they had a box of goodies for me to welcome me into my new house. They didn't have to do this as I was a buyer and not their client, per se but that shows the care and attention from the Barnehurst team Really appreciate it Joe and the team. Keep doing what you're doing! Service is top!

Joe got my file late into the process after the previous sales progressor moved on. He was always in contact, happy to push the process along and in all honesty as we finally approached the exchange date I don't think we would have met the date without the sales progressors on both sides.

This is intended to be an honest review and not a bitter one. My experience with these guys wasn’t so good. I made an offer on a property for sale by phone without seeing the property as it was fully booked. My offer was ignored and not put forward to the vendor and by the time I had convinced them it was a serious offer it was too late the vendor had accepted another offer which was actually lower than mine. Some could say I was put on the backbench. And to clarify my offer was made before the other one which was accepted. Feel a bit let down but respects to the vendor for not guzumping! Hope you guys can learn from this as it could be seen as selective selling.

I'm more than happy to recommend Anthony Martin Barnehurst. Joe and the team (Sharon & Cameron) were very helpful and professional throughout the sale, they even gave their personal mobile to contact and always return our calls quickly if not in the office. Joe even call in the evening/weekend to re-confirm all of our visits so we felt confident and value as they went above and beyond.
