GoogleDisgusting service. We were dealing with Adeyna, viewed a few houses and found one we liked, we agreed on an offer, we paid our money and they accepted it, then a few weeks later (with only three weeks until we moved out of our old property and into this one) we were told that the agent had made a mistake in listing the property and as a result of this mistake the price would have to be increased and as a result another offer was going to be accepted and ours was rejected. Whilst there would be nothing wrong with this happening before anything was agreed upon, we had agreed a price and paid it and then had to wait to get our money back with only two weeks to find somewhere else to live. It was an awful experience and I would strongly recommend you take your custom elsewhere, they didn't respect ours so I doubt they would respect yours.

GoogleWe were put in touch with Jem from day one. He was very friendly and approachable. We also thought he was reasonable and fair to both parties, especially during the offer stage. It all went exceptionally smoothly in the end - we found it to be a really straightforward experience :)

GoogleSince coming of age and having the wonderful ability to live wherever I please whenever I please, I have had to deal with the dreaded estate agent. In the past these interactions have always been extremely painful with the experience bordering on theft (on the part of the estate agents) in my opinion. Very happy to take your money... Not very happy to actually provide any kind of services. HOWEVER, I can thankfully say that all is not lost! In Andrew Scott Robertson there finally lies salvation! An estate agent that does what it's meant to, when it's meant to, with friendly, helpful staff AND doesn't try to take both your savings and the kitchen cabinets in costs! To Nicola, Jane and Jem (and all the others we never have direct interation with) THANK YOU!

GoogleI have had rental properties managed by Andrew Scott Robertson for 19 years. Their services have always been professional, efficient and attentive to my needs. Their staff have consistently been proactive, courteous and on several occasions willing to complete tasks not strictly in their remit. They also have in my experience a lower staff turnover rate than other agents in the same local area, as I have benefitted from dealing with the same knowledgeable property managers for extended periods.

GoogleI was looking to buy in Wimbledon and registered with Andrew Scott Robertson. Although my purchase didn't materialise, I am very grateful to Harry who was a pleasure to work with. Harry dealt with my queries promptly and was very helpful and personable. It makes a difference dealing with an agent who you feel is honest and understanding. Andrew Scott Robertson successfully sourced our company an excellent commercial premises in Wimbledon. It was a challenging brief mainly due to lack of availability of the type of property we were looking for, but Stewart of ASR persevered Many other agents said this type of property didn't exist in SW London or very rarely came onto the market - but here we are, Stewart proved everyone else wrong. Very happy with the service and would recommend ASR as a professional commercial agents, with good local knowledge.
