GoogleWe recently bought a house from Rebecca de Felice at Andrew Scott Robertson in Wimbledon Village. The sale of our old house was repeatedly delayed: Rebecca worked marvels keeping everything on track so that our purchase could go ahead nevertheless, and we didn't lose a second house (a previous purchase with another agent had fallen through because of the delays). She was calm, helpful and charming throughout. I would be very happy to buy or sell with her and her agency again.

GoogleSamantha and the whole ASR sales team have been superb. They had professional approach, were proactive and brought solutions to the table quickly and effectively. They helped identify the most effective strategy for our circumstances upfront and stuck the course. Their communication was always clear and efficient. Especially selling property from abroad can be quite daunting but they truly made the complex and stressful process very smooth and straightforward.

GoogleAndrew Scott Robertson have let and currently manage two flats for us. They really make it easy to be landlords in Wimbledon by being super efficient in finding new tenants at the best rent, performing all duties in getting properties ready for new tenants and keeping on top of any property issues once tenants are in. I find ASR’s Lettings and Property Management teams to be highly professional, communicative and competent in getting the job done. Also, their fees are very competitive for the area.

The property is looking fabulous and I am extremely grateful for your input in choice of tradesmen, interior design matters and advice on optimising what work needs to be done. Furthermore you managed to co-ordinate the tradesmen in double quick time so that we kept the void period to a minimum.

GoogleIf you are a tenant, I will strongly advise you to keep away from renting a property through Andrew Scott Robertson. September this year, I rented a property for 18 months whilst rennovating my property. Lights tripped four times in the space of 2 months, no lights in the property. The last electrician identified they are some major issues, good practice is for the lights to be rewired. Lived on standing lights for two weeks. Electrician been warned, not to discuss any matters with us. Work has been done today to disable some electric connections, reconfigure RCD such a way it won't trip. Unprofessional, no empathy a young family is living in dark, lacks understanding of legal stand and wasn't able to offer standing lamps as they don't have a budget, not trasparent etc. Being a landlord with a number of buy to let properties, I am appalled with how this has been managed. Not sure if the landlord is aware (they live overseas), not providing contact details on the landlord.

GoogleYour response to my review is not factually correct. You offered to buy some lights the following day, expecting a young family to live in the dark another day. You knew I was on my own (my husband was away on work) with two young boys, having gone through one evening with no lights in the property, my boys were getting anxious, and they were worried they won't be to do their homework another day. I had no option other than to buy and get help to assemble it as we needed lights to survive. Regarding your comment on getting the work done 11 days earlier, you gave me an hour to find a place for my dog to stay out a full day and it was also the day I was already scheduled to be out on work. We agreed to the very next available date which was two weeks after. We continued to live in a property for over two weeks, where the lights were continuously tripping and all we received from your letting manager were demands to meet your business requirements. In your response, you stated you are working hard. What all clients will expect is for your firm to be honest and transparent of the situation, good standards of ethical and professional practice and some form of empathy which we never received from your firm.
