GoogleProfessional, proficient, helpful and supportive are what I aptly describe Stephen and his team at ASR. Shortly after my initial meeting with Stephen, ASR expeditiously produced an illustrious and brilliantly attractive brochure online for my flat followed by a stream of viewings facilitated by them. Within two months a deal was struck. This followed by their facilitative efforts to overcome obstructive hedges to bring the sale to successful completion. To end, I deeply appreciate the extraneous support spontaneously offered by Stephen and William to help me overcome this ordeal of having to sell our beloved property in absence away abroad.

GoogleI've bought and sold around 8 or 9 properties in London over the past 25 years, my first purchase (and subsequent sale) was with Quinton Scott who later became Andrew Scott Robertson. I remember being impressed with their service back then, so they were my first choice when it came to sell my most recent property. I also spoke to "the big boys" but none of them had the passion or local knowledge. Our street was suffering a little in terms of value, being left behind other streets in the immediate vicinity. ASR were up for the challenge of correcting that and they achieved exactly what we set out for. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAll the agents at ASR are professional, communicative and helpful but in particular Samantha & Clare were incredibly helpful in keeping us updated on the sale of our flat and assisting in moving things along. Their expertise and consistency of support was very needed and they made everything feel a lot less stressful. They also helped us greatly in getting our flat rented out and managed our tenants really well. A small but very good agency that we will continue to use and recommend highly!

GoogleThe ASR team provided an excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, experienced, informative, kept us up to date and were honest in opinions and advice. We were somewhat anxious in selling but ASR guided us through the process. We never felt pressured and always that felt ASR would act in our best interests, which they did. If and when we come to buy / sell again we would call on ASR.

GoogleWe were very pleased with the service we received from Andrew Scott Robinson in selling our house. They clearly had a good knowledge of the local market, and the price which we might achieve. When we went on the market, they secured and managed lots of viewings, many from their list of interested buyers, which filled the three days we had set aside. We received many offers at or above the guide price. They helped us through the process to agree an offer, and then kept in touch with us and with the buyer and their agent to smooth over any issues until we exchanged and completed a few weeks later on the timetable we had planned . We felt supported and well advised by the excellent ASR team.
