We spoke to Stephen Parsons some time ago about potentially selling our house. At the time the market wasn’t great and he advised us that we may want to wait to achieve a better price. Stephen stayed in touch from time to time over several months and, when the market was more favourable, was able to sell our house off market for the price that we had been looking for. Time between viewing and exchange was three weeks! We are very grateful to Stephen and his team for understanding what we were looking for in terms of price and buyer and playing a patient game in achieving this sale. Stephen and his team advised us very knowledgeably on all aspects of the sale process and we’re extremely responsive. We are extremely happy with ASR and would certainly use them for any future property purchase or sale.

We recently purchased a property through Andrew Scott Robertson and were very happy with the service we received from Clare and Samantha. There were a few hiccups (on our part) along the way and they were instrumental in driving the sale forward. Nicola Dixon handled our tenancy extremely unfairly. We put up with a terribly maintained property where there was repair after repair, paid timeously and were very good tenants. Andrew Scott Robinson have tried to deduct close to a thousand pounds for damages that we never caused. I would not use them.

Dear Mr Brown. We are sorry that you feel you have been treated unfairly, however, the property was checked by an independent Inventory Clerk and it was she who assessed that there were matters that needed to be rectified, in accordance with the inventory which was prepared and agreed when you moved in. Neither the works nor the costs were assessed by Nicola or andrew scott robertson. You agreed some items, including one that accounted for half the costs claimed. Those which you disputed were referred back to the landlord by Nicola for his instructions and it is he who has requested that they be paid for. That is his decision not ours and any dispute is between yourself and the landlord. Nicola has quite properly put in hand for you a reference to TDS, the independent arbitrator. We are sorry that this has left you dissatisfied but hope you understand that we are the go between in this situation.

Very happy with the service we received from the team, especially Nicola. She was always responsive, coming back to us almost immediately and the contractor would attend to fix the problems promptly. Never had any issues in the last 4 years of renting. We are sad to leave but would definitely recommend ASR. Thanks again Nicola

The service we experienced from ASR was of the highest level from day one, right through to the completion of the sale of our house. Our initial meeting with Guy was very reassuring and thorough, as he explained the range of services they provide. We were particularly impressed with the stylish video they made of the property. Feedback from every viewing was relayed swiftly. The team were always helpful, professional and cheerful. Once an offer had been made, the process was helped along with advice on the legalities involved. All in all, highly recommended.

ASR were great through the whole process. Guy was able to clearly explain how they would market my flat and the tools they would use. Throughout the process William was proactive and kept me informed through every step and the online portal to track status of what is pending is great. I purchased Wimbledon house through William Stewart-Brown at ASR in Wimbledon village office, and found him knowledgeable, non pushy and professional throughout at moments a challenging purchase. I found ASR had a detailed knowledge and sold most properties near to mine which instilled confidence and refreshing not being the usual pushy agents. I found staff all helpful at ASR. I would recommend this agents to purchase through.
