GoogleWe have bought a property through ASR and received an excellent service at the time, which made ASR the obvious choice as an agent when we came to sell our property. We considered ASR as a reputable agent with vast experience in property services Wimbledon Village & Wimbledon Town making them a perfect fit for us. During both our purchase and sale, we managed to speak to a number of agents and were extremely pleased with their communication style, responsiveness and level of professionalism. ASR exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond on many occasions to make sure our sale was progressing. The agent we were working with most recently on our sale, Guy Bennett, has not only been very helpful, knowledgable and professional. As selling a home is so personal, we had complete trust in Guy throughout the process and he has managed to put us on ease during what's inevitably a stressful time (when selling a house during the pandemic) and delivered an excellent service. GoogleWe used ASR to sell our flat in Wimbledon last year. Everyone we spoke to and who helped towards the sale of our flat was really professional and kept us updated throughout every stage. They helped us get two buyers as the first fell through at the start of the pandemic outbreak, but they quickly found us another and we completed without any issue. We no longer live in London but I would recommend ASR to anyone looking to sell in their area.
