Very good service and for a long period (years)

I enjoyed a long tenancy period (years) without experiencing any of the harassments that some of my friends so often went through with other agencies / landlords. All was dealt fairly and as expected. As a tenant, I particularly appreciated the availability and prompt replies of the agency to all request of assistance for the usual small maintenance issues such as appliances to be fixed / replaced. They were always replied in a professional and efficient way, all sorted out within days, no troubles or fuss.

Landlord living abroad

I rely on ASR to manage my property while I am away for work. They seem to have found some good tenants and also take care of anything that needs attention without any fuss. They provide a good service for me.

Rental Property - Wimbledon

We purchased the property as an investment over 4 years ago through Andrew Scott Robertson - Wimbledon Village. They found a tenant who moved in the week of our settling on the property. Since then we have left all activities related to the property in their hands, including rent collection, maintenance, insurance and regular inspections. It has been an ideal arrangement.
