I used ASR to sell a flat and they were really helpful. I got straight no nonsense advice and support from them. They kept a good dialogue with me so I always felt in the loop but not swamped with info. The team were always polite and professional and they went the extra mile with helping resolve niggles onsite at the flat during the sale process for me. Really pleased with them and would absolutely recommend them.

The agency did a good job photographing our flat and preparing advertising materials. We felt that they were too quick to encourage us to make a large reduction from the asking price, hence four stars rather than five. Once Robert Wells became involved he did a very good job in negotiating a price and driving the sale to completion.

I have used ASR to sell two properties in Wimbledon; both times they have exceeded my expectations in terms of price achieved. They are excellent at generating initial interest and viewings and, once the sale has been agreed, they are committed to progressing the sale to exchange and completion. The staff are all experienced professionals who understand the industry and are therefore happy to tackle any problems which may prevent the sale from progressing. This is opposed to some other well-known agents where, younger, inexperienced staff are given responsibility for sales progression; which in my experience can lead to a prolonged sale. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ASR to anyone thinking of selling their property in Wimbledon or the surrounding areas.

I commissioned AS-R to sell my property following 18 months of stress with a large, unnamed agent. Moving to AS-R showed me how an estate agent should really act, in the interests of sellers and buyers alike. AS-R understood the market in which my property was placed and were able to focus on reputable, realistic buyers. My previous agents let anyone through the door and courted any offer, without diligencing the likelihood of executing the transaction – 7 agreed deals fell over. I moved to AS-R and had an agreed sale in 6 weeks, with completion following shortly afterwards. They managed the process incredibly well for all parties from start to finish. I have learnt my lesson, bigger is not always better. Market knowledge and a professional, trustworthy service led by experience professionals is.
