GoogleContacted Kelly Harrington at the Orpington office for assistance in letting our property in Petts Wood. Kelly was very helpful. She visited the property at the pre agreed time and advised on everything that we needed to know from the current rental value to our responsibilities as Landlords. Her and her team found us an ideal tenant for the property within 2 weeks.

GoogleI strongly advise against using Andrew Reeves for renting properties. My experience with them was extremely disappointing due to their lack of communication and support. When I moved into the flat, it was not clean, and the washing machine was full of mold. Instead of addressing the issue, they told me I had to clean it myself. Throughout my tenancy, whenever there were maintenance issues, I had to chase them for weeks to get any response, if I got one at all. Their neglect and unresponsiveness made the experience truly frustrating.

GoogleGreat! Very smooth and quick process. The letting agent, Andrew organised a virtual viewing for me as the tenant was working and I was going home to Scotland so wasn't able to attend in person. He called me the following week after I filled out the application, took the holding deposit and I agreed the let only two weeks after! Andrew even communicated with me whilst he was on vacation regarding my key collection with no hassle.

GoogleMaisie helped us find a new home in absolute lightning speed. We called on a Saturday morning, viewed a rental just an hour later and by lunch time we were signed up as tenants. She was very friendly and professional without being pushy. Maisie and her colleague Amy made the whole process easy and explained everything clearly. We had not rented for some years so their help and guidance was much appreciated.

GoogleI was recently given very short notice to find and rent a new home and managed to do this very easily with the help of Andrew Reeves - Max specifically. He was always there to answer questions, he was flexible and reasonable about arranging visits and he was brilliant to work with as he genuinely cared about helping the people he came across.
