⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot thank Max enough for everything he did to help us find our new home. From the very beginning, he was absolutely amazing, kind, understanding, supportive and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Finding somewhere to live had become an extremely stressful and worrying time for us, but Max went above and beyond to help. He listened to our situation without judgement, kept us informed, reassured us when we needed it most and genuinely made us feel that he cared about helping us find a home. His patience, professionalism and kindness made such a difference during what had been a very difficult time. Thanks to Max, we can finally look forward to settling into our new home and starting a new chapter. We will always be incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. I had occasion today to speak to Lauryn (in the absence of the person to whom I usually speak, though i have spoken occasionally before). I wanted clarification as to recent action taken in respect of a double job requested at the property, as it looked as only one of these had been charged for. Lauryn was quickly able to ascertain what had happened - only one of the jobs had been requested. I accept that these things happen. She apologised for this and made arrangements for the second one to be done as soon as practible. This she reported back to me within an hour, both by phone and email. I am writing to let everyone know that Jonathan Davies is the most efficient, kind and caring letting agent I have met so far. He truly looks after the tenants! Always super quick in answering my emails appropriately, making sure to activate the process of maintenance of the flat ASAP when things needs repairing. Knowing that my landlord is quite slow in responding to my requests, I usually don't expect any reply for some time, and yet Jonathan is proactively chasing my landlord, updating me and making sure that the works are carried out within decent waiting time.
