Andrew Reeves have managed our property since we purchased it in 2006 and we have been very pleased with their professionalism at dealing with finding tenants and all aspects of management. We really felt our property was in safe hands. We recently sold the apartment and were impressed at how quickly they found us a buyer and then dealt with all the ups and downs of the selling process, liaising with all parties involved and keeping us updated at all times. Initial service by the agents were good, however, once I moved in and reported several issues left by the previous tenants they wouldn't fix it. I reported some serious issues in the house that posed health hazard and they wouldn't do anything. Wouldn't recommend it

We recently purchased an apartment with Andrew Reeves at the nearby regency apartments. Honestly if I could give a higher rating than 5/5 - this is where I'd do it. Never before have I seen a group of agents who are so helpful and kind. Special thanks to Rich and Ross for being so easy to speak to, so helpful with all our million questions and taking time out to make this process as seamless as possible They even helped us with finding a solicitor as well as guided us through all the first time processes of buying a new apartment. If we ever have the money to upgrade/but a second apartment - I wouldn't look any further! Thank you

I wanted to write this review because when credit is deserved it should be shared, having been in communication with Lettings & Sales under Andrew Reeves over the past 5 years their service has been invaluable in helping me. With direct communication with Richard Phillips nothing was ever too much trouble whatever time of day. What I liked about Richard was his honesty throughout, his dedication to find a suitable buyer over the course of time in a difficult market with persistence, dedication and commitment with frequent updates. From the letting's perspective, Richard & his Team were professional and thorough and always went the extra mile. I would most definitely use Andrew Reeves again. 19/04/2021 Update: Since that incident when I first moved in, things went better and better. Communication improved and it's always been timely and respectful. I have now moved out of the flat and have nothing but positive things to say about Richard and Martin, and more recently Sarah. We went through ups and downs and I felt understood and supported. Thank you Andrew Reeves team! 18/10/2019 Update: their team has now helped me solve the issues and we're having good ongoing communication. They're being very helpful and responsive, I really appreciate that! Thanks Richard and Jamie! 10/10 Update: I've had a curteous call and written update from Richard this morning. I'm now hopeful that we will indeed solve the issues. They've said I can leave the parts that had not been cleaned in the same condition, the chairs will be delivered in a few days, and have approved of me buying my own headboard. Also, maintenance is due to come in tomorrow and help me tackle some of the other issues. 9/9/2019 A tenant's perspective: after slotting me in as a last minute tenant and accepting my offer a little under asking price (a previous tenant had failed the credit checks) and paying for 6 days of overlapping tenancies that worked to the agent's/owner's advantage, I'm now being ignored and guilted into not flagging issues I'm discovering after moving into the property or following up on things we'd agreed on. A few examples: 1) It's been 14 days since I moved into the apartment and I've yet to receive the Inventory for the property. Note: I already received the leaving inventory from my *old* property, which I vacated 6 days after this one began. 2) Also, I moved in and NONE of the kitchen cupboards had been cleaned, along with a full storage room and very old leftover bedding in the wardrobes, and a dirty bathtub. Flagged it with the agents and...silence! 3) They'd agreed with the tenants who couldn't move in that they would change some of the furniture. I proposed a different furniture combination, which they agreed to (it added up to the same cost). However, instead of 6 chairs they ordered 4, and made me feel like I asked for too much when I followed up asking for 6. Now I'm following up on the extra two chairs and...silence! 4) They also told me that I could not have a headboard installed on the bed because the structure couldn't support it. In fact, they'd installed the bed frame upside down and the headboard structure was at my feet. Now I'm asking them if I can buy my own headboard and... silence! These and so many other issues make me very wary of this agency. I could go on... They've kindly changed the light bulbs that were out before I moved in, so they all work now. However, now the fans are not working and they've not shared how to switch them on! In short, they're respectful until you sign the contract, but will then very reluctantly sort out any issues, if at all. Happy to update my review if I see any real progress and being treated with respect.

Brilliant estate agents- not often those words can be written down together! I recently rented a commercial property and James went above and beyond to help me find my perfect match. The agency was also very helpful in conveying messages to the landlord before I signed the contract and communicated swiftly, never letting the ball drop. I would definitely use this estate agent both for commercial and residential, a family-run business that really looks out for the customer.

SCAMMERS BEWARE LANDLORDS

Landlords beware of this Company. Andrew Reeves countrywide. The Beckenham Branch Letting staff Millie Bowley and Feyi are incompetent and dishonest. They set me up. They put a tenant- Mr Daniel MItchell with fake employment references in my property, gave him all existing sets of entrance keys to my property so I don’t have access and then quite literally immediately put up barriers all over the place. They’ve ignored correspondence, covered for one another and lied repeatedly. Their appeals process is non existent. All departments in Countrywide are unhelpful as is the regional manager James Arnold. Im owed the rent stipulated in the signed agreement. The only way forward now is to commence eviction proceedings.

If I could give more stars I would.. Mike and Karl in the Beckenham branch have really gone above and beyond. If it wasn’t for them helping us I don’t think we have got on the property ladder as we are a young couple. They always helped us, give advice, didn’t push us away at all. Andrew Reeves has been managing the tenancy of a friend's flat in Millbank House for some years now. Today (19/04) I was cleaning the flat for my friend and accidentally locked myself out. The agency swung into action and associate Carl immediately walked down from the agency office to let us in (having requested appropriate ID). He was courteous, efficient and polite. An excellent ambassador for Andrew Reeves.
