GoogleWe can fully recommend Andrew Reeves. Agents have been very attentive from the start, providing excellent customer service. They were very understanding when we had to postpone viewings due to quarantine, and did not pressurise us to sign any apartment without seeing it first. When unfortunately our desired apartment was no longer available - which was absolutely none of their fault - they provided a more than satisfactory alternative. Setting up the tenancy was smooth and once moved in, they have been nothing but helpful and reliable, resolving minor issues we encountered at the flat as soon as possible and to our full satisfaction. They truly made us feel at home from the start. All in all, Andrew Reeves went above and beyond - a big thank you guys for all you've done for us so far.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have been a client of Andrew Reeves for over 20 years. Throughout this time the staff at Andrew Reeves, and Andrew Reeves himself, have given us unfailing support and quality service. I cannot recommend them more highly. It is difficult to find a property agent whose staff reflect the integrity of the owner. At Andrew Reeves you know your request will be treated seriously however small that may be. You also know they will work to get the best answer for you. I just wish they covered all the country!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAndrew Reeves Estate Agents has taken care of two family properties over many years. I highly recommend their services for managing all aspects of rental and purchase/sale processes. They have been very efficient in providing potential tenants, manage and timely solve any problem at the properties and efficiently assisting with the sales. They know the area very well and have a good understanding of the property market.

TrustpilotBromley Branch
Andrew Reeves, Bromley branch gave us 10/10 service. Max, Alexia & Ethan have gone above and beyond to help us into our first home. Even when there was a hiccup, they were there to sort it for us. They are professional and efficient, also added a personal touch by going out there way to help with a surprise engagement. I can’t recommend them enough. Aimee & Tom

GoogleI rented a 2 bed flat in Westminster with Andrew Reeves acting as the managing agent. They were professional, response and genuine throughout the process (Very rare for London estate agents). Having rented 3 properties in the area through different agencies, Andrew Reeves stood out above the rest. Ross in particular was one of the best letting agents I have the fortune of engaging with. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHighly rate these property managers. Bought my flat through them decades ago and now they are managing it for me. Personal, dedicated, friendly, professional service: I can’t fault them.

TrustpilotLow service levels
This company managed my father's property in SE1 for many years. We had trouble-free tenants for over a decade, good for the agent and good for us. Last year the property became vacant. They took six weeks to fill it and put in appalling tenants who left repair work required costing over £10k. They did no inspection during the year, did a poor move out (they spotted that the carpet was dirty but missed tens of other problems), seemed enormously relaxed about the situation and we were never contacted about the whereabouts of the deposit. An appalling service.

They are very quick on resolving issues and replying emails, calls, etc. We strongly recommend Andrew Reeves, we are now in the nicest flat ever! Thanks again for your support Richard.

GoogleReally great service which felt very genuine. Acted as a trusted advisor rather than just a sales person. They also went over and above which meant that living in the north of the UK it became very easy to sell a property in London. Would strongly recommend them

TrustpilotVery unprofessional state agents
Very unprofessional state agents, Had a viewing with Ross at Westminister Branch, emailed him my offer with the conditions, he didn't have the courtesy to get back to me. I chased him a couple of times but no response, if the offer was rejected he could have kindly let me know about it instead of ignoring me.
