If you value your money, sanity, and legal rights, AVOID this agency at all costs. They are nothing but predators, using delays, lies, and manipulation to cheat tenants out of their deposits.

GoogleI strongly advise against using Andrew Reeves for renting properties. My experience with them was extremely disappointing due to their lack of communication and support. When I moved into the flat, it was not clean, and the washing machine was full of mold. Instead of addressing the issue, they told me I had to clean it myself. Throughout my tenancy, whenever there were maintenance issues, I had to chase them for weeks to get any response, if I got one at all. Their neglect and unresponsiveness made the experience truly frustrating.

I was trying to rent a property via Andrew Reeves but didn’t sign any rental agreements. Andrew Reeves Beckenham branch staff switched the utility billing to me and now a debt collector is chasing me. The agency keeps ignoring my emails and has t resolved the issues since March 2024.

Hi Const, We don't have a branch in Beckenham, only in Westminster and Belgravia in Central London. We are "Andrew Reeves". Perhaps you are referring to the similarly named agency "Andrew Reeves Countrywide" based in Bromley, Beckenham and Orpington. They are an entirely separate company to us so I'm not able to comment on the service you received from them. Please could you amend your review? Thank you.

GoogleI stayed in a property managed by Andrew Reeves for two years and they are truly the best rental agency I have dealt with. Right from my initial viewing to my check-out two years later everything was handled seamlessly. They were also very responsive and helpful when any issues arose. Highly recommend!

FacebookHas been a horrendous experience. Tenant who has refused to pay rent and was not paying rent on time right from the start of the tenancy (way before covid lockdown) and I have to chase the agents on email and on phone on average two or three times for every single question I have. Been having trouble with the tenants with no payment made at all for the last 5 months and during that whole time I still have no idea where I stand. It's become incredibly painful and incredibly stressful.

GoogleWe have been using Andrew Reeves off and on since we bought our flat in London in 2006. They found us a good and reliable tenant straightaway and managed the let. Unfortunately there was a leak in the flat that we were unaware of until it became apparent underfoot! In 2010 Andrew Reeves managed the rectification and insurance issues - they managed the various contractors over the many weeks it took to dry out and rebuild water damaged walls, right through to new flooring being installed. We then used the flat ourselves for a number of years until 2019. We instructed Andrew Reeves to find a tenant and again they secured a tenant quickly for us. Following that tenant we decided to update the flat - new flooring, decorating & new furnishings. Hats off to the various personnel from Andrew Reeves that managed all this for us and then again secured a tenant with minimal void time. In the meantime Andrew Reeves took over a different and very difficult let we had with an other agent in London. They sorted it right out and we used Andrew Reeves to sell that flat in the end. I could go on and on, but the message is that I would most definitely recommend Andrew Reeves.

They were very understanding when we had to postpone viewings due to quarantine, and did not pressurise us to sign any apartment without seeing it first. When unfortunately our desired apartment was no longer available - which was absolutely none of their fault - they provided a more than satisfactory alternative. Setting up the tenancy was smooth and once moved in, they have been nothing but helpful and reliable, resolving minor issues we encountered at the flat as soon as possible and to our full satisfaction.
