I was very impressed by my experience with Andrew Reeves in Beckenham. I viewed a couple of properties with them and they were very understanding when circumstances meant I couldn't make one of the viewings and helped me re-arrange. Special mention to Ethen who help me out and pointed me to my now current property, Idris with his clear explanation of all the steps and paperwork, and Max for his fast and friendly responses whenever I needed additional help. Andrew Reeves (and Feyi particularly) were efficient, honest and straightforward in the process of securing a flat. Feyi was exactly what you would want in an estate agent; responsive, friendly and transparent - if only all estate agents operated the same way she did! The portal to manage the application, the welcome box and the flexibility were all very welcome in a hectic rental market. Just a suggestion, perhaps consider rebranding to Feyi Falese (and Andrew Reeve) associates

At the end of 2020 I wanted to move out on my own and didn't really know where to start. I have 101 questions and was eager, but also worried I was going to be irritating and needy. The team at Andrew Reeves in Beckenham made the whole process - from the first day of interest to signing the dotted line and handing over the keys - the easiest and smoothest ever. I was never at a lost, they always kept me in the loop and had great answers and solutions for my questions. They were open and warm, service with a smile and a laugh. I always left feeling confident and in safe hands. They called to check in on me to make sure I was all settled. Even the day I went to view the property I live in now, Karl dropped everything in the moment and was ready to meet COVID safely to view the property. Mind you this was the middle of the day! When I had further questions the handover to another staff member, Mike was impeccable. He was fully update and was aware of who I was and everything I required for the move. The paperwork was seamless and hassle free. I can truly say I've never experienced service like this - it was stellar. The friendly, happy to help attitude has set the bar for future services. I couldn't be happier where I am and grateful to have an amazing team of people in support each step of the way. I will always cherish and remember the days of my first rental, because of the wonderful team at Beckenham. **** UPDATE **** I rented with Andrew Reeves Beckenham branch just over a year ago and it’s been the best. Their communication is brilliant, it’s timely and thorough. Recently I’ve decided to move on from my current rental and phone in for some advice and support regarding the moving out process. I was welcomed brightly by Alexia, who was so wonderful. She made everything super easy and was very clear and encouraging. Has been a stressful time recently trying to move and find the right place. I’ve rented a lot of times but this was by far the smoothest process I’ve been through. Extremely professional and helpful and were always there to answer any questions or queries. Leah was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure I secured the property I wanted and made sure the whole process was smooth and easy which was a real help. Even when I had questions (there were a few!) she would always be there to answer and is an absolute credit to the company. I have to say Andrew Reeves have impressed me. The manager Karl is a lovely man and every time I have spoken to him he has been helpful, polite, funny and stuck to his word. There were a couple of things I was having trouble sorting which were making me stressed but when I spoke to him he put my mind at ease and helped me there and then. I was not expecting this kind of service so its put my faith back into estate agents... definitely impressed!..thank you Karl! Additional Review updated as of 11.03. 2020. I am still at the same property because I have to say mainy due to Karl Taylor and he dediction to solving any issues I've had promptly and efficiently. I havent had many but when I have needing anthing sorting karl has picked up the phone and dealth with it the same day. He has also been great with his communication and keeping his promised. Thank you Karl, more people like you are needed in the lettings world. Keep up the good work!
