Karl Taylor, Manager of the Beckenham branch of Andrew Reeves has just let our flat for the second time. On both occasions he has found us a tenant in record time. He is on the case immediately, with no time wasted. In our dealings with Karl, we have found him to be very pleasant and friendly, very organised, enthusiastic and positive. He gets things done and his “can do” attitude is to be admired. I had an excellent experience working with Max throughout the process of letting my property. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive. Me and my partner had very disappointing experience and very poor customer service from assistant manager called Greag. He unfortunately had to show us property twice and was so no interested to explain about the property he want to let, he never made a call he say he will nether email send to arrange for the meet up. Same as well he didn’t show us the garden of the houses as he needed to unlock a door saying that he don’t have a key. I must say I never ever saw any person who don’t like his job like Greag and letting people off to further cooperate processionally. I will dismiss Andrew Reeves Beckenham.

Mr. Taylor from Andrew Reeves Lettings has been a delight to deal with. You can tell that he does his job with a Passion not only to collect a Paycheck at the end of the month. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Looking for a new home can be nerve-wracking and stressful but he made us feel so at ease and showed us our dream home. Having to rush during our Lunch Break to do the viewing he drove us back to the station which was a 20 min walk. We didn't have to ask. He anticipated our needs. I am working as a Guest Service Manager in a luxury hotel and I can assure you that this is the top service we are looking for. Wonderful!

A very big thank you to Karl, Matthew and Lara for finding me a delightful two bedroom rental flat in Beckenham at very short notice following the sale of my house, I had trawled most of the rental agencies in the High Street over a couple of days in search of a flat to move into quickly, which proved fruitless until thankfully the Andrew Reeves team saved the day. We recently used Andrew Reeves Beckenham to move into a new flat. While we appreciate Karl was helpful in negotiating the rent and tenancy agreement at the start the process the rest of the process was much more stressful than it needed to be. When trying to arrange a second viewing of the flat they cancelled two viewings, one with less than 20 minutes notice giving different reasons each time. Then despite requesting confirmation of the arrangements for the day we moved in they left it to the last working day before making arrangements and therefore the earliest they could arrange an inventory check was for 3pm even though we had asked for earlier as we had taken the day off work. On the day of check in we arrived at their offices at 11am to be told that the tenancy agreement was not yet ready for signing due to a mistake and therefore it had to be sent back to their off shore team for amending. When we were able to see the paperwork we noticed the deposit had been incorrectly stated as higher than agreed as the manager had failed to put the correct information on the system. We therefore had to wait around again for the offshore team to correct the mistake. This caused further delay and it wasn't until around 2.30pm when we finally completed the paperwork. Had we received a copy of the tenancy agreement in advance as requested these issues could have been solved much easier. While Lara was helpful and did the best she could on the day we had asked to receive a call from the manager to discuss the difficulties we had experienced however we have still not heard from him which is very disappointing. Given the money spent in agency fees we would have expected a much better service and would not recommend using them.

Karl and his team at Andrew Reeves were fantastic from start to finish when my wife and I decided to move into our first rented property. I was initially worried the process was going to be stressful and confusing, but from the paperwork to the move the whole thing was actually completely straight forward and the worrying ended up being for nothing! We also loved our time at our rented property…so much in fact we have purchased our first flat in the same building! If you’re looking to rent in Beckenham or surrounding areas then I cannot recommend going to Andrew Reeves enough. Thanks again, Jon & Jen.

I'd like to say a massive and personal thank you to Mathew, Lara and Karl at Andrew Reeves Beckenham for their very friendly approach, professional manner and helpfulness whilst renting a property through them. They have been there every step of the way whilst renting and were able to answer any queries I had. The property was within close proximity to the office, all of the staff always stop to say hello and offer to help me and my partner with getting my babies pushchair up the stairs or help with the shopping. I met a gentleman by the name of Karl Taylor who is the Branch Manager and I could not fault him, he was so helpful and made this process easy and stress free, he couldn't of done more for me!!
