I was trying to rent a property via Andrew Reeves but didn’t sign any rental agreements. Andrew Reeves Beckenham branch staff switched the utility billing to me and now a debt collector is chasing me. The agency keeps ignoring my emails and has t resolved the issues since March 2024.

We don't have a branch in Beckenham, only in Westminster and Belgravia in Central London. We are "Andrew Reeves".
Perhaps you are referring to the similarly named agency "Andrew Reeves Countrywide" based in Bromley, Beckenham and Orpington.
They are an entirely separate company to us so I'm not able to comment on the service you received from them.
