GoogleAmazing service received from the Rotherhithe office in the process of a purchasing flat in Sydenham! Dealt with Matteo, Andrew and Gary and all have provided excellent customer service; taken time to answer my queries, enabled ease of booking viewings etc. Matteo has managed the process excellently, making it smooth and made me feel in touch every step of the way. Andrew has massively helped in organisation of key steps leading up to the offer being placed and Gary has been an excellent, knowledgeable and patient (very patient!) agent on the number (!) of viewings I have booked since my offer was accepted. An overall seamless and friendly service! They have made the process of purchasing (which is incredibly stressful) as easy as it can be! Nothing has been too much bother. Thank you so much. Very much deserved 5 stars!

GoogleTerrible - avoid! They will promise you the world but once you're in contract they won''t fulfil their contractual obligations and will blame it on having too many customers or staff shortages or every excuse under the sun. Staff are rude and don't seem to know the specifics of their job, and got us mixed up with other properties. Cost us money in the end. There are plenty of other better companies around

My thoughts are so sincere that I I will simply share my email send to them a few days ago, at the end of my fantastic experience with them. I started with them about 30 years ago, renting my property, and after such a long time I sold my property still though Alex Neil. So here is my email, I think it says it all: Dear Mr. David and Ms. Rebecca, My name is Rossella Talarico, and I have been a client of yours : your agency has managed my property in 57 b Reverdy Rd. in Bermondsey for many years. Such property has just been sold on May the 31st and now that we have come to an end, I feel that I must express you my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I had thoughout the years. The quality of service provided has always been top notch and it is evident that the team truly cared and cares about the well-being of their clients. Thank you all for your dedication, hard work and commitment to excellence. It did not go unnoticed and is has been greatly appreciated. Keep up the amazing work! I was continuously impressed by the level of expertise and knowledge that your team possessed. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and I never felt like any request was too much trouble.
