GoogleAs first time buyers we were of course apprehensive, throw in trying to find your first home during a global pandemic and things become even more heightened but how lucky we were to find our dream first home via ADM Bromley! From meeting Teresa at the first viewing (who was friendly, informative and a great first point of contact) to every dealing we have had with Franck - we cannot fault ADM at all. The reviews below don't lie - Franck is the utmost professional, friendly, caring, approachable and has been a dream to deal with. GoogleWe can’t recommend the staff at Alan de Maid Bromley (ADM) highly enough... We have used ADM on two occasions now, initially to buy our first property and more recently to sell the house when we were ready for our next move! Their fees / charges are very competitive and after we had the property valued there was no further pressure to list our property with ADM. We dealt with Teresa, Petrena and Franck all of which were fantastic. Franck was our primary agent. He was always very friendly, easily contactable and always provided regular updates. GoogleWe sold our house through Alan de Maid this month and were so impressed. The valuation they gave us was exactly in the right bracket and we got an offer within a week! Petrena was so organised, kept us up to date, really understood the property and was able to answer questions from the buyers. She also worked with our solicitor to keep the sale on track. Honestly she was brilliant, we didn’t have any stress at all - thank you!

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Alan de Maid. We found the service from the whole team and particularly our agent Kerry to be nothing but professional, communicative and high-quality. A particular shout out to Kerry for her proactive response when our sale fell through twice, getting new viewings lined up so quickly and helping us get our sale through with only a short delay, which was amazing. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking to sell.

Her colleagues MAK and Lisa were very helpful, too. I would definitely use ADM in the future.
