This is mine & my partners first experience of renting & although we had some ups and downs during the first stage of moving in. Andrew Grant have helped us through & are always there for advise. Natalie Eaton is very professional & always helps us wherever she can and is very competent at her job. Very pleased.

FacebookAs an Andrew Grant tenant of the last 12 months, Property Management (Chloe D in particular) have been fantastic. The inspection clerks give you plenty of notice as to when they want to inspect and are very understanding if you can't make the appointment. I would definitely rent with Andrew Grant again in the future.

GoogleVery little information given and we were lead to believe we were ready to complete 4 times before we actually did. If Andeew Hrant had known the full details of the sale before selling it then it wouldn't have taken us nearly a year to actually get the keys to the hisie! on multiplhjkke occasions
We completely understand your frustration as a buyer, however our ability to exchange in this case relied upon when probate was finally granted. When it was, we only took 4 days to complete our work. The problem arose because whilst we can take a general view on timing in these cases, the ability to exchange relies upon the probate office and any issues with the executors. In this case the probate process was unnecessarily lengthy, resulting in unfortunate stress and complications for you. We are going to improve the advice we offer to prospective purchasers on this issue and in the meantime are very sorry for the problems you suffered.

GoogleGreat experience using Andrew Grant I would recommend to anyone, Abi and the lettings team kept me up to date with the process of my lettings application, they also contacted me after I’d moved in to see how things where going. There where some items that needed addressing and again the team where great to deal with and get things sorted.

GoogleWe recently bought a property in Thornbury, Herefordshire, being sold by Andrew Grant on behalf of the previous owners. The team were lovely to deal with - mainly Poppy and Tara and here we are in are new home! I would definitely recommend them as they were professional, competent and easy to deal with as a buyer.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I have been renting a property through Andrew Grant for 3-4 years now and I can honestly say that it has been a great experience every step of the way. From Arranging the inspections of the property too the safety checks has been a seamless process from start to finish. On the rare occasions we needed to report either a repair that needed doing or just to get reassurance that things are going smoothly they have always been at the end of a phone and quick to reply to emails. As an example we needed an error on the boiler sorting out and I got in contact with Sharon Hawkeswood and everything was set up to diagnose and repair the issue. We can't thank her enough for her quick and professional response especially because of the impending cold weather approaching. Anyone looking to rent a property I can't recommend Andrew Grant and their staff highly enough.

GoogleThe team at Andrew Grant were excellent and worth every penny. Initially we were not completely happy with the photographs taken of the garden and the team soon corrected that. It was at that time that a video of the property was suggested - this truly changed the game in our favour. All in all we were kept well-informed and the whole event ended as we hoped.
