Every member of staff was friendly and understanding, they responded to calls and made a difficult situation far easier. We were treated with respect and kindness. I am so grateful for their high level of support in completing an agreement to rent through them.

After a bit of a tetchy start, mainly through a certain grumpiness on my part due to some of your admin procedures, However after a few years, I have been well and truly won round by Louise. I have nothing but praise for her - she is always polite, attentive and efficient. She has dealt with some difficult situations with nothing less than a desire to see that all parties are happy. It's now become a delight to deal with her - it really does feel as though she is on my side. whenever there is an issue to resolve.

FacebookWe called into the Worcester branch a while ago. We were looking to move to Worcester and were considering selling our 5 bed home in Halesowen and possibly our rental property also. I approached a rather grumpy middle aged lady sat at her desk and requested a selection of property that they had available. "What price"? she asked. I explained that we could be looking for anything from a one bed apartment in the city up to a detached in the countryside- hence a selection of property."Oh no" she replied rather curtly, "Ive got hundreds of properties in the drawer and I cant just give you a selection"?What? How bloody rude!!! I'm so sorry for anyone who is selling a property wih Andrew Grant if this lady is dealing with potential buyers. We left and went to the estate agents next door who were extremely helpful. I told them of my bad experience at Grants and the gentleman said that it wasn't the first time that someone had been unhappy with the same lady. On Monday we put an offer in on a property and it was accepted. A lovely cottage 3 miles out of Worcester at just under 400k. And the commission will not be going to Andrew Grant.

GoogleLooking for a new house at present. A friend had noticed an Andrew Grant board in an area we might consider. Looked on Rightmove...nothing! Same with other selling sites. We had to look on their web site to find details. The quality of detail was dreadful. It's put us right off. An example of how not to sell property.

GoogleVery difficult to navigate website and find properties you know that are selling (because they have boards outside!)

Properties can normally be found immediately by typing in their approximate location into the search filter on the properties for sale page. The issue you suffered has probably arisen due to a for sale board being erected before the property is ready for launch on our site. This is very rare but following your experience we are looking at a modification to our site that will allow us to provide a list of addresses that are about to be launched.
