We have been dealing with Natalie for several months since our previous agent was taken over by Andrew Grant.. She is always attentive to our and our tenants needs and requirements and always acts in an professional and helpful manner. She is efficient in handling quotes, problems and day to day matters. I think that she is probably the best co ordinator we have had in the 18 years we have been letting out properties.

FacebookAwful! Do not bother with these guys if you are a landlord. Our property was left in a complete shambles after the badly selected tenants were finally evicted. I would have thought a property agent would at least look out for your asset, and ensure the tenancy agreement was complied with, but not Andrew Grant. It would also be good if they could be honest about what services are actually included for the over-priced fees.
