View AgentsWhile I have not in the end either bought or sold a house through Nonie, I have been receiving her weekly newsletter for at least a year, and had email contact with her. She is friendly, approachable, fun and good at summarising the pros and cons of a property. I will miss those newsletters now that I am moving out of the area.

Charters stuck with it throughout quite a lengthy sale and were always only too happy to help, offer advise and generally support the process when needed. Most importantly when buying/selling a property, they always got back to me when they said they would and it was normally very quickly. I can thoroughly recommended Charters.

My purchase was perhaps unusually straightforward but, having done a quick and efficient job arranging viewings and getting a sale agreed she had the good sense to leave the lawyers to it. I like her direct approach and relaxed sense of humour.

Although we did not purchase our new home through Charters they were very consistent in sending possible properties on a daily basis and when viewings were arranged they were prompt and efficient.
