First class customer service. None really gets to know you as a person, rather than just another name on a database. Even though i was buying a property - rather than selling - i really felt Nony was acting on my behalf. Keeps in regular contact and always to happy and positive. :-)

Simon acted as mortgage adviser for our property purchase and has been simply fantastic. We had some difficulties with a lender and he worked extremely hard at chasing them on our behalf, whilst keeping us up to date throughout. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with, I would strongly recommend him.

Nony is a pretty special Estate Agent...but you don't need me to tell you that. Nony is a proper over-achiever....in a good way!
Whatever you are paying her, it's not enough....but I don't think she would actually care because she is truly passionate about her work and it's a joy to behold.

View AgentsBrilliantly personable - the "non-estate agent" estate agent
Nony breaks the boundaries of what you would expect from an estate agent. We felt like we were partnered, Nony really got us and her approach made us confident that we could speak freely. Her weekend updates were a joy to read, like a mini weekend magazine designed just for us.

Charters assisted us with our home search. Their professionalism was striking already during our first telephone contact when we registered our details.

My husband & I were first time buyers, being very disheartened & unsure which way to turn we discovered Simon through a recommendation. He was most definitely the light at the end of our tunnel. Not only was he very professional throughout the whole mortgage application process of buying our first property, our sale was processed & we were moved in within six weeks with a brilliant mortgage that met all our needs! His knowledge & loyalty throughout was 10/10, We will defiantly be using Simon again in the future!
