This woman should be bottled and sent to all Estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble, she is kind, dynamic, always a comfort at the end of the phone, and a hug when you went into the office. The whole team at Charters were fantastic, unlike their colleague in london. She CARES about you and your family how refreshing is that!

I can't recommend Charters highly enough. I've had many experiences with other estate agents over the years and Charters is by far the most professional, knowledgable and helpful agents I have dealt with. Wouldn't consider using anyone else.

We live away from the property, so asked to find a tenant as well as manage it. It took months to find the new tenant, and the surprisingly electric bill we got for the empty period of the property, was more than double compered to when someone was living there. We made enquire about it, but they did not want to do anything about it and start telling me if we visited and used it, of cause not! also inventory Clark from Charters made numerous mistakes, she did not notice the net curtains were missing, that had been taken by previous tenant, miscount the number of keys, and so on. so please be careful to dealt with them.

GoogleAttended a scheduled viewing only to find on arrival that no access to the property had been arranged. Significant time wasted travelling to and from the property in question. Staff were very apologetic, but on this occasion their professional standards fell well short of that which should be reasonably expected.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
