I don’t have a lot of dealings with my letting agents, however recently I emailed Chelsea for some correspondence to be sent to me. I had no idea what I actually needed, thankfully I landed on my feet! Chelsea clearly knows her job well and sent me everything I needed in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. It was really quite refreshing!

GoogleI've changed a lot of houses the past several years, but Charters (especially Sarah, friendly and professional) has been the best estate I've worked with. Easy steps regarding contracts, references etc and they've been helpful during the whole process. Definitely I recommend them!

Charters handled the sale of my stepfather's retirement flat. They were proactive in the process and I always felt informed and up to date. As executors we worked mostly with Jane Tomlinson who was friendly and efficient. It felt as if we were working together towards the sale. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would recommend Charters in Worthing.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with the Winchester lettings team at Charters while searching for a rental property. Although I ultimately chose another property elsewhere, I was thoroughly impressed by the proactive and professional service provided by Charters. In particular, Ash, who assisted with viewings, was exceptionally professional, friendly, and courteous. Ash's extensive knowledge of the local Winchester rental market and the options available for investors in rental property was invaluable. Additionally, Gary was brilliant with his speedy follow-up, making the entire process exceptionally easy for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Ash, Gary, and the rest of the Charters lettings team to anyone looking for the right rental property in Winchester. I had a great experience again with Charters while we were moving to Southampton. They were friendly and quite professional. Sophie Pickering was very proactive and reached out to me with a list of available properties that suited our requirements and also helped us with getting a viewing as well as our new rental property. Andy Jerram was also helpful in answering our queries as well. I was also happy with the different Charters properties as they were well kept and maintained.We also had a good experience in the past with Charters Winchester for our earlier tenancy and hence we preferred them when moving to a new location as well. Overall, I would recommend Charters as they are quite professional, customer focussed and also have various setups/mechanisms for helping in getting a smoother tenancy.

Our house move literally wouldn't have happened without the extraordinary efforts of the Charters team. Simon was incredibly professional and helpful when valuing our house to put it on the market. Cameron was extremely polite and easy to get on with when arranging viewings. Jake could not have been more knowledgable and accommodating when showing us around properties on our viewings, and was always there well before time. And Stephen literally made the move happen dealing with very difficult circumstances within our chain. We can't thank the whole team enough!

Charters are a highly regarded Estate Agents and from the first primary valuation visit to the point we have reached today (exchange) for which Jo Goddard worked so hard co-ordinating everything, they have been great at communicating with us every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property. Not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for. They should really consider having "virtual" viewing videos - not a montage of photos, but someone physically going room to room in the house - that would have been useful for our sale. That's the only reason they lost a STAR.

We can not give enough credit to Charters and especially Kerry. They have been the ONLY Estate Agent in the area that have routinely kept us informed about properties that may be suitable for our daughter and her family. We have visited around 10 different Estate Agents in the area, handed leaflets explaining what they were looking for and giving the parameters, such as 4 bedrooms etc and only Charters have bothered to keep us informed. A very big thank you to Charters and especially Kerry.
Andrew, this is wonderful to hear, from Kerry's point of view you will not find a more diligent estate agent locally. She knows the area like no-one else. All the best for the future.

I had been looking at the Winchester rental market for a few weeks and contacted Charters in relation to a property i was interested in, unfortunately a let had been agreed the previous day, however Sarah Bainbridge was extremely proactive and provided me with links to current properties in my budget and within an hour we had arranged 3 viewings. I was able to secure my favourite of the three and move in the end of this month. The communication throughout the process has been excellent. I would highly recommend Charters and specifically Sarah.

Kevin & Angie would like to thank Charters (Park gate office) for their outstanding professionalism during the selling of our property. they kept us informed every week without fail on all aspects of the process. A special mention about Jonathan who made sure everything he infromed us at the begining was carried out. His staff were allways very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble with Tilly, Storme, Kerry, Kirsty, Erikson, Emma and Toby all contributing to the experiance, also a mention to Jo Goddard in the southampton office who proggressed the sale through successfully.
