I would totally 100% recommend Megan Morgan.Megan was very professional, polite and explained everything clearly, very helpful.She is extremely knowledgeable and has been absolutely amazing from start to finish with everything. Everyone at Charters has been amazing from start to finish during the process of sale of our property. The level of communication has been outstanding and I would highly recommend them as an agent. We rented a house through Charters this week. Kirstie was a fantastic agent in patiently showing us around the house multiple times as she knew it was such a huge decision for us. Kirstie also has an impressive understanding of the local community and was able to give us some really good advice. The referencing process was very smooth and efficient through the automated system, but the staff were also on hand to support with additional queries. Would highly recommend using Charters!

Professional, classy, personalised service

I have been extremely pleased with Charters. I always find selling and buying property a stressful experience but Charters have worked hard as a team to minimise this for me. All the staff have been professional and responsive. Notably, Storme who did the valuation of my property and promised to ensure only appropriate viewings occurred to avoid unnecessary disruption to me, (the third viewer bought my property); Jonathan who managed the negotiations brilliantly and last but not least, Jo Goddard who took over my file once a buyer was secured. Her diplomacy, patience, efficiency, professional ‘can do’ approach and overall performance was superb. THANK YOU to all the team who have contributed to a successful conclusion to my sale. Although we didn’t end up being able to complete on the house we wanted due to a break in our chain, the team did everything they could initially to help us keep it and when it sadly fell through they actively helped us find other suitable properties. Every member of staff we had dealings…

Every member of staff we had dealings with were so friendly and polite.Even when we realised we had made a mistake in putting our property on the market before we had found the right home Dan was so understanding.We now realise that when we downsize it will be when we find the right property that’s when we will put our house on the market, I know that’s not what most estate agents recommend but as we have a lovely home and don’t have to move unless we find a property we love, we are not going to put ourselves in a position of getting a buyer for our house and then being almost forced into making too many compromises on a property that isn’t right.When we do find something and put our property on the market we will come back to Charters, because they deserve our custom.
