As a landlord with another letting agent, I was this time the tenant through charters. The service they provide and their friendly staff who gave quick response times is something I wish my letting agent could provide. In particular, Kelly Santos was of great help in the Southampton office and was very effective in her communication with me.

I recently sold a property through the Park Gate Branch of Charters.The level of service was faultless from start to finish. I knew when Jonathan valued the property i was in safe hands. The whole team should be highly commended for the level of communication. I received weekly updates of viewings which were carried out by the team there and when a buyer was found I was updated regularly on the sales progression.I wouldn’t hesitate it recommending the Park Gate branch of Charters and will certainly be using their services again in the future.

When we reported an issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it, and we appreciate how they followed up to ensure everything was still going well afterwards. Their attention to detail and efficient process management have made things run smoothly.A big thank you to our property manager in the Southampton branch, Helen Nicol, for overseeing everything so well. She’s been helpful and reliable throughout, making sure everything was coordinated perfectly.We’d also like to mention the great work done by the contractors, Andy and Aaron, who replaced our windows and doors. They worked efficiently, leaving the place clean and tidy. We’ve noticed the house is much warmer and more comfortable since the work was done.Overall, we’ve been very pleased with the service and support from Charters Estate Agents. Thank you Charters:)

This was an interesting estate property sale, which led to a longer sale. Charters were good to explain all, and gave us regular (but not annoyingly so) updates throughout. Jo Goddard was particularly helpful with regular calls and emails. She was also extremely kind.
