Amazing 👏

From the beginning of us buying our forever home, the team at Charters have been amazing and 'on it'! From Luke & Cameron, who helped at the buying stage and were patient in letting us have a few viewings, and then to Lisa who showed her dedication and skills when we were nearing at the end of completion to coordinate, not just the buying of our new house but helped communicate with all parties / solicitors for the Leasehold flat we were selling. I honestly felt like we had our very own wing woman / angel 😇 and she took at lot of the pressure off us and helped get all the sales over the hill 😆. Thank you so much! Amazing support from Sophie at Southampton

Charters have been fantastic for looking out for properties for me and my partner. In particular, Sophie Buontempo at the Southampton branch was regularly sending us properties that matched all of our wants and needs. She was so understanding with a really personalised approach - she had taken the time and kept us in mind when properties were coming to the market, and was so prompt at replying to her emails and booking us in for viewings. We really felt that she respected what we were looking for and that she had great care for us. I couldn't recommend the service enough, but especially how Sophie handled our case and helped us find our first property!
