R Whitley and the team are not friendly at all; Due to the fact I was interested in a commercial property which was up for £850,000. I told R Whitley from the start (3 years) I was interested and they did not even get back to me, matter fact they sold it to Indians with Black Money! believe it or not they paid upfront Cash and It’s shame that these sort of companies like R Whitley don’t give opportunities for small businesses to expand so here’s my experience with R Whitley.

“I am so glad we have popped in.” My husband and I, were looking for a property to rent from October 19’ to March 20’. Every estate agency we’ve been to until R.Whitley &Co, did not seem to care much. Even though we have fully explained, what kind of properties we would be interested in, they were showing us places either too small or in a really bad condition. We are expecting our first child and many times we have been also rejected by the agencies and landlords due to our situation. Not with R.Whitley & Co. Superior and excellent Agents I just wish they were national, they promised no Saturday staff only full time highly experienced professional and committed staff who visited and familiarised themselves with the property in advance always able to lock up properly . Selling your house can be a roller coaster of viewings , solicitors and legal questions and they were always happy to help with the smallest to the biggest of questions and if they didn't know they knew where to get the answers, they never overstepped their remit always being transparent and ethical . Their communication skills were second to none.They answer the phone and answer your questions via email or phone the same day without fail. I can't recommend them more highly . They've sold two houses for me in 23 years. Top notch !

I would highly recommend the estate agents , R Whitley. Their staff are highly professional and always responded to my calls and emails promptly. I recently encountered a number of problems in trying to sell my property due to acrimonious divorce and having to apply for a court order. Despite this, R Whitley helped me to overcome a number of these difficulties by liaising with my solicitor and dealing with queries. I have recently sold my property through R Whitleys, and from start to finish they was absolutely superb!!! I had a few obstacles along the way, which was completely out of R Whitleys hands - which my solicitor should probably have been dealing with, however the Rich Whitley and Marc Gunton intervened and took control of the situation (more than once) and kept me updated constantly, which put me at ease straight away as I had total trust in them. Not once did I not get an update when they said I would. I don’t have one complaint at all about the entire team. They make it all feel very personal. Our family have been using Whitley's for many decades, initially as letting agents and, more latterly, as estate agents as we sold off the rental properties we owned in Yiewsley. In both respects they have delivered a faultless service, in a personable manner and at a reasonable cost. Our latest experience was a particularly difficult house sale. The process took over six months during which time we lost four buyers (most of whom, it was established later, were never serious). During this time we were given sound advice from our agent, Marc Gunton, and regularly kept up to date with progress. In the run up to completion Marc increased the pressure on the more flaky bottom end of the chain and, to be honest, did far more than all of the solicitors combined to ensure that the sale went through in a timely manner. However, it's not just Marc as over the years we have dealt with almost everyone in the firm and they have all delivered the same, high quality service. Consequently I can unreservedly recommend Whitley's as both an estate and a letting agent.
