Although we did not proceed with the sale due to our own personal situation. I cannot recommend the R Whitely team enough. We were looking to upsize and needed to sell our current property and purchase another new property. During viewings for the sale of our property, the team were always prompt and provided feedback of the viewings. Once we had offers, the team were prompt to communicate with us and follow up. Every offer was documented and communicated to us via phone and email. With regards to viewings of potential properties to purchase, the treatment was the same, professional conduct and were open and honest. We had open communication, offers promptly presented in writing, and follow up calls and emails to update us on the situation. If you are looking to sell or purchase the property in the West Drayton and surrounding areas, I would highly recommend you speak to Rich and his team and R Whitley.

They have been incredible and so friendly and so proactive - they chased up all the people that need chasing on our behalf which I just really appreciated so that I wasn't spending my free time trying to chase them instead. From when our offer was first accepted on the property to completion it was all within 5 months (which in the property business is a good turn around!) and Tony was so friendly and I felt comfortable telling him about everything including any hiccups. Well, where to start with R Whitley & Co? They are nothing like your average estate agents, the care and level of customer service that goes into every communication is just exceptional across the board. I only have good things to say about the entire team. My experience with R Whitley's started when I rented my apartment out through them. The imagery and virtual tour footage Jonny was able to capture was just incredible. The place looked great, and I was fortunate enough to attract a tenant very quickly. Whilst they were managing the rental for me, any issues or minor works the tenant requested were quickly communicated to me, and on a couple of occasions, the team physically went out to show the tenant how to work things she was unsure about- you can't ask for more than that. When it came to submitting my tax returns, the finance team were happy to support in providing any misplaced statements or invoices for remedial work, which was super helpful. After 2 years, I recently decided to sell the property and, again, the team were brilliant from the initial valuation, through to professional guidance on the offers made and hosting viewings with potential buyers. Their communication with me was proactive and Rich and the team's expertise on the market was invaluable. As a final point to note, I also really liked having access to my own online dashboard, where I could see who had viewed the property, their feedback on it (really impressed with how they obtain this), any offers made and then the progression of sale, both in terms of outstanding tasks for me, and where my buyer was in the journey. I can't thank them enough. If you're looking for a professional team of industry experts, who will take onboard your personal circumstances and requirements, look no further than R Whitley & Co- you'll be in very safe hands.
