Excellent friendly, professional, supportive customer service from start to finish

We found that all of the staff at R. Whitleys, West Drayton were second to none during the roller coaster ride of our property sales which included trying to coordinate the selling of two houses at the same time and buying one 70 miles away! The staff were at all times friendly, professional ,supportive and patient during a very stressful and challenging time for us. With many phone calls backwards and forwards over a number of months with lots of questions whether trivial or important, the staff were amazing an experience that will stay with us for a very long time. Whitley' s Project Manage, rent and then sell the propert.

Whitleys had provided us with excellent service since 2011 when they project managed the renovation of my parents property, They then managed the rental of the property to help fund my fathers dementia care. Although my father passed in 2012, Whitleys helped us maintain the property. Wihen the tenants decidided to move, they then managed the sale of the property. In particular Ben was key in the negotiations and helped drive the sale through in a timely manner. He is very skilled at keeping the momentum in the chain, especially in dealing with the solicitors.

We asked Whitelys to sell our home and at the initial meeting Richard gave us all the information that we needed. He valued the house at a sensible price and a member of staff attended the viewings. There were only four viewings before we had a buyer. The service provided was excellent and the staff answered all queries quickly and politely. Best Estate Agents we have ever dealt with.

My Father and myself used R Whitley and Co to sell his home. It was my his home with my Mum for 27 years until my Mother passed away and so felt it was time to sell up and move down to the Coast. Estates Agents at their very best!!

I had the very difficult decision to sell my family home, after my mother was taken into a Residential Home for care. I chose R Whitley and Co, as they have been in WD ever since I knew Estate Agents existed. The support I received from them, in particular Mark (In Sales) was second to none.
