Fantastic service from a fabulous group of people. Always difficult having to sell a deceased loved one’s property. From that initial first meeting, valuation, photos and virtual tour for marketing. The all important regular updates and professional advice and excellent liaison with solicitors and buyers. Plus a can do proactive attitude when you need to find a house clearing company at short notice. It felt like the agents had our best interests at heart right from the very beginning. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, especially as we were dealing with buyers whose solicitors were extremely slow and unresponsive. The team went above and beyond, constantly chasing the buyers’ solicitors when we were getting no communication at all. Despite an exhausting 12‑month journey to finally complete the sale, their level of service never dropped, they remained proactive, supportive, and fully committed from start to finish. I would happily recommend these agents and would be more than happy to work with them again in the future. Definitely the best agents in West Drayton.

We had a great experience. We wanted to view a property that already had a lot of interest so they sent us some alternatives. We viewed one, fell in love with it straight away and put in an offer. This ticked even more if the boxes than the previous property as it had a kitchen island, large extension and a gorgeous south facing garden. Rich and Tony kept us updated throughout and calmed our vendors when there was a problem in the chain caused by my buyers! We finally moved into our dream home this week. We highly recommend them for a friendly, professional and efficient service.

May be they are good for the landlords who hire them to get good tenants ripped off when ending the contract from their deposit, no matter how good a tenant you are, even not missing a single rent to landlord. RWhitely uses all the tricks available to them to get some share of the deposit from the tenants. Howsy who were managing the property before were quite professional and impartial in dealing with tenants but RWhitely not. If anybody renting their property through RWhitely they must be carefully check their check in inventory and also suggest to take loads of photos of the property for record.

We instructed this agency to sell our home, but the relationship broke down very quickly due to how the negotiation process was handled. During discussions with a prospective buyer, a counter-offer was communicated in our name without our authorisation. We subsequently received written confirmation of this directly from the buyer. This unauthorised communication had a direct impact on our negotiating position. The price presented to the buyer was below the level we were willing to accept, which risked anchoring expectations negatively from the outset. The situation created confusion for the buyer, who then contacted us directly to clarify matters. At that point, it was clear that our position had not been accurately represented, and we took the decision to terminate the relationship and appoint a new agent. As a result, we incurred additional cost and disruption, including the need to re-market the property and commission new photography. We asked whether existing materials could be reused to mitigate this, but this was declined. We raised these issues formally, however they were not meaningfully addressed. The property has now been removed from their marketing and we have moved on, but we believe it is important to share this experience for transparency.
