The BEST estate agents by far!! I have had the pleasure of purchasing my new home via R Whitley & Co and I have to say they were absolutely amazing! I worked with Mark Groves who has been an absolute angel throughout the whole process. He was someone I could rely on with everything from chasing solicitors to providing me with help, support and guidance. This was our first purchase and so we didn't have a clue what we were doing but Mark helped throughout it all. I had the worst solicitors possible which made the process a living nightmare. I had several breakdowns due to the incompetence of my solicitors and if it wasn't for Mark giving me constant support and reassurance we never would have got to completion. I cannot thank him enough for all that he has done. I am actually going to miss speaking with him as although we formed a strong professional relationship, he also became a friend throughout this purchase. Another thing that really helped was the fact that Mark was ALWAYS available to help, any time I would contact him he would immediately be on the case. There were several times where I didn't even have to ask him to do something, he would have already done it! It really was a blessing to have him. If he was ever out of the office, I never had to worry as the team were always ready to help. I dealt with Rich a few times and he was extremely helpful too. R Whitley & Co are the most friendly, professional and on the ball Estate Agents I have ever come across and if I was ever to purchase or sell my home I would definitely work with them everytime! I rented a 2 bed flat and must say Alex, Chris, Gyan were very professional in relation to how the entire process was handled and even upon vacating the flat. I was very pleased with my stay for over 3 years and anytime I experienced problems they were handled efficiently. I would never have any issue renting through R Whitley again in the future. It also helps when you have a landlord who is very understanding as I had 2 young kids and the landlord never had any objections renting out the flat once the application was approved. I would highly recommend R Whitley, a family run business which they hold very strong values for and do look after the tenants.

These people specially Mark Newbold and Alex are very nice and professional. The problem is when we rented the detached bungalow in Moorfield Rd, Cowley Ub8, the landlord took over the management in the middle of tenancy and it ended up he did not refund the deposit although we were paying regularly and left the property tide and clean. Be careful if you are renting or will rent this detatched bungalow at Moorfield Rd as the landlord is a nightmare, never fixes anything, and does not return deposits. I am in the process of taking him to the court. Please don't mix here between the estate agency who are excellent people and my very bad experience of renting this bungalow because of the landlord who ruined my experience.

Responding to calls and email promptly, as well as keeping me in the loop at every stage, providing-regular updates, if not daily. Being the key link between the buyer and the vendor to ensure the transition is made smoothly and swiftly. They took time and pride in assisting me with my purchase and getting to the exchange stage was was proving difficult at one point.... however due to all their efforts everything appears to be heading in the highly direction!!! I can't recommend R Whitley & Co enough to anyone who is buying or selling their home. Having dealt with Rich and Mark over the past many years as we moved up the ladder, they have always been very honest and helpful in both buying and selling our home. Speaking from 15 years of having dealt with a number of estate agents in the West Drayton area, there is no one else I would recommend except R Whitley & Co. They are a family run business of local estate agents who care about the community and always offer fair valuations and an extremely high quality of listing for the property. Richard even made a video of our property which no doubt gave it an even more premium feel. After seeing the listing, I felt like buying my home again :-)

To be honest, without their expertise and professionalism we would have been "lost" many times over. How people manage with these no commission agents is quite frankly beyond me! Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and I felt that they always had our best interest in their mind. We especially appreciated their perseverance in selling our house that was happening in difficult market conditions, but they managed to get there at the end. We had a few hiccups along the way, caused by third parties, but Ben and Jonathan went above and beyond to help us. They contacted various people on our behalf, chased solicitors for us, and not forgetting, answered all of our queries, no matter how silly they were. Without the support from R Whitley, the process would have been a lot more stressful. Their communication was great, replying to emails almost instantaneously and very thoroughly.
