We found that all of the staff at R. Whitleys, West Drayton were second to none during the roller coaster ride of our property sales which included trying to coordinate the selling of two houses at the same time and buying one 70 miles away! The staff were at all times friendly, professional ,supportive and patient during a very stressful and challenging time for us. Whitley' s Project Manage, rent and then sell the propert.

Whitleys had provided us with excellent service since 2011 when they project managed the renovation of my parents property, They then managed the rental of the property to help fund my fathers dementia care. Although my father passed in 2012, Whitleys helped us maintain the property. Wihen the tenants decidided to move, they then managed the sale of the property. In particular Ben was key in the negotiations and helped drive the sale through in a timely manner. He is very skilled at keeping the momentum in the chain, especially in dealing with the solicitors.

I have dealt with Whitley's since 1988. We have bought and sold out family homes and have always found the whole team very professional and knowledgeable. Absolutely fantastic service from Jonathan Whitley, and from the whole company. We spent most of 2014 house-hunting on both sides of London and Whitleys are absolutely the only estate agent we would recommend. The rest were a nightmare - rude, late, no-shows, disorganised - every bad stereotype of an estate agent. However, we saw several properties with Jonathan and he was always punctual, polite, and eager to help. We finally had an offer accepted on a flat in November 2014, and throughout the process, Jonathan has chased solicitors, communicated with the vendor, and arranged tradespeople to inspect the property for us. His help has been invaluable - especially as we are First Time Buyers. I can't imagine ever selling our flat after finally finding it, but if we do it will be with Whitley's, beyond a shadow of a doubt.

We asked Whitelys to sell our home and at the initial meeting Richard gave us all the information that we needed. He valued the house at a sensible price and a member of staff attended the viewings. R. Whitley has provided us with very good service throughout the process. Our first agent was Mark Groves who's done a great job, always keeping us informed and making sure things were moving forward. Then Richard took over as Mark left.
