GoogleVery efficient team. Always tried to find a solution to any challenges encountered. Ben and Richard are very polite and kept communicating whenever we needed. We had a difficult sales, and they stayed positive in all circumstances. If I ever have to resell the house I would definitely go to see them first! Superstar team!

GoogleWhat a bunch of unprofessional people. We had a viewing appointment for a luxury property and the very last minute their staff told that they don’t have a key. And then rescheduled it for next day, we cancelled many of our engagements to view the property, but the response was no different. Why do you advertise a property when you don’t have keys and why don’t you show some courtesy to treat people with respect? AVOID them if you can.
As this review has not been logged in your real name, we have been unable to identify with certainty the specific viewing this relates to. We would therefore very much appreciate it if you would e-mail your details to jonny@rwhitley.co.uk - we always like to learn from reviews. However the only example that any of our team members can recall whereby a key was not available for a viewing was when a contractor completing works at the subject property, had not returned them as planned. We apologised to you for this at the time. We rebooked the viewing for the next day and you came along and viewed. Unfortunately sometimes you can have a plan, but something doesn't quite go as intended. This was in no way us intentionally disrespecting you as you suggest. It was just a simple mistake (we are only human after all!) and for that we apologise.

GoogleWe received a highly professional service throughout our sale. It took longer than expected due to Covid 19 delays with our solicitor but Marc Gunton kept us up to date with developments throughout and chased solicitors on our behalf. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Marc and he always responded to our emails and phone calls quickly putting our mind at rest when we were faced with a hiccup along the way. FacebookR Whitley recently sold my Aunt’s house after she had a fall and needed to go into a Care Home. It was a real challenge for me as I live 40 miles away from the property. Whitley’s worked so hard for us. From arranging the initial valuation to carrying out viewings and advising me on buyers. The sale went on over a few months and Whitley’s were there liaising with the solicitors and buyers every step of the way. We completed the sale just before Christmas. Every member of the team in the office is professional, polite & pleasant. I am so pleased that Whitley’s were the local agent.

GoogleBrought a house through them they were really great. I would've given them 5 stars. But they do put a lot of pressure on you to complete the sale quickly. I know all estate agents do that but at one stage I told them enough is enough. Stop contacting me. I ended up in hospital. Due to the sheer stress of it all.
