GoogleI rented a flat through R.Whitley for 13 years. The service from them was exceptional. Whenever there was an issue they reacted immediately and monitored until the issue was resolved. They liaised very well with the landlord and the property management company so I had minimal problems. A truly professional estate management company run on a very personalised basis. Excellent.

GoogleI would like to thank Whitley & Co and in particular Ben for providing an exemplary service. Throughout the sale of our property Ben contacted us weekly to update us on progress with feedback from viewings. As the sale proceeded we were updated regularly and any issues dealt with promptly. I have to say after buying and selling a number of properties over the years Whitley's have surpassed my experiences with all other estate agents by a long way. I would once again like to thank Whitley's team and would have no hesitation in recommend them.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through Whitley’s. From the first visit from Rich to give a valuation, the service was professional and exceptionally reassuring. Jonny did an excellent job of providing a top class video which we feel helped market our property. Mary-Joy showed prospective purchasers around our property. Each time there was a viewing we received plenty of notice and were given honest feedback. Once our property went under offer we received excellent guidance from Tony who went above and beyond to ensure our sale progressed smoothly. We will always be grateful to everyone at Whitley’s. Selling and buying a home is really stressful but, when you have true professionals helping you, it makes the process so much easier.

We asked Whitelys to sell our home and at the initial meeting Richard gave us all the information that we needed. He valued the house at a sensible price and a member of staff attended the viewings. There were only four viewings before we had a buyer. The service provided was excellent and the staff answered all queries quickly and politely. The professional attitude made the whole process a lot less stressful. We would recommend this firm and the staff were polite and courteous throughout.

R. Whitley has provided us with very good service throughout the process. Our first agent was Mark Groves who's done a great job, always keeping us informed and making sure things were moving forward. Then Richard took over as Mark left. And Richard has been very efficient. He kept on chasing up the chain for us, emailing us constantly to keep us updated. Richard was always available for us, responding to emails and getting back to us promptly. He knew exactly what was going on, he cared about our purchase situation, understood our frustrations with people at top of the chain, and helped us resolve difficult situations with our vendor & solicitor. I would strongly recommend R.Whitey! Thanks Richard for making this purchase happen!

I have purchased the house through R Whitley and very impressed with professionalism and customer focussed approached. It was the complicated purchase as the finance was obtained through bridging loan but Ben Gunton from R Whitley was excellent in communicating with all stakeholders involved and managed to exchange contract on time. I will highly recommend R Whitley, I found them open and honest. I was especially impressed that R Whitley didn’t try to cut corners like other estates agent for making the deal happen and always followed the process.

My Father and myself used R Whitley and Co to sell his home. It was my his home with my Mum for 27 years until my Mother passed away and so felt it was time to sell up and move down to the Coast. During this difficult time the whole team at R Whitely and Co were so helpful in ensuring everything went as smooth as possible.. They were in constant contact and could not do enough for us. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past who fit the stereo typical but R Whitely was different, you could feel that it was a family run business and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

I had the very difficult decision to sell my family home, after my mother was taken into a Residential Home for care. I chose R Whitley and Co, as they have been in WD ever since I knew Estate Agents existed. The support I received from them, in particular Mark (In Sales) was second to none. They kept me informed the whole way through the sometimes frustrating times of selling a property. R Whitley estate agency is an old established family run business which is quite rare this day. I will not hesitate to recommend them to any house buyer. GoogleI bought my flat recently via R Whitleys who dealt through entire process from viewing stage till the end of sale process. All my calls were returned prompt without fail although initially at the time of viewing there was bit of confusion. All Associates of R Whitley have been very helpful even after buying the flat when ever I had approached them for any contacts of traders and other pertinent information. I have had to deal with many Agents, although for letting, in the last 15-17 years with not so good experiences but R Whitleys stands top with excellent services. Many thanks again for all those who helped me through this process.

The property itself had a number of complications which made it difficult not only to find a suitable buyer, but also to navigate the legal conveyancing process to the ‘finishing line’.
