GoogleI recently sold my house with Belvoir Swansea and they were excellent from start to finish. Darren and Dafydd gave me regular updates throughout the sale, and the house was sold quickly for the full asking price! Having dealt with other estate agents in the past, and been let down/disappointed a number of times, dealing with Belvoir was sooo easy. Would definitely recommend Belvoir- amazing service! GooglePoor service, never reply or answer emails in an appropriate timeframe. Don’t implement what they have been instructed to do. After 5 years of giving them business I am extremely disappointed with the appalling service. Do NOT recommend them at all

The Trusted AgentWe have been renting with Belvoir for over two years. During that time Arwel has always been available to help us with any issues relating to our contract. More recently because of a rent increase in our current property, we made an effort to find a cheaper house to rent. Arwel supported us in this, helping us with viewings and providing information and advice. Throughout he has been thoroughly professional and knowledgeable of the local rental market. We have appreciated his phone calls and face to face communication. So refreshing in an age of impersonal emails. Not only has he done his very best to help us but also a taken a genuine interest in our personal circumstances. He is a credit to the company.

Great experience with this letting company, after losing a property purchase on day of exchange we decided to rent for a bit. We moved from Sussex to Wales and Belvoir helped us through this difficult time. All the checks were done quickly and the communication was excellent. The bit that shone for me was when we collected the keys. Normally completed in the office, I said that I would have just driven five hours, have a trailer and two dogs in the car, Arwell said he would meet me at the property instead of the office. This was perfect, just what I wanted to hear. A massive thank you from me.
