As a FTB, buying a house marketed by Belvoir was very straightforward and I could not have asked for a better estate agent. Terry went above and beyond, scheduling a very last minute first viewing, being refreshingly open and honest about other viewings booked in, offering me a second viewing and even a pre-completion viewing at a moment’s notice. He is knowledgeable, approachable and expertly facilitated the process with ease, chasing solicitors when needed and checking in regularly. His communication was great throughout. Would highly recommend Belvoir and especially Terry. Thank you, Terry!

We cannot thank Terry enough for what he has done for us. The way he was professional but helpful and did not pressurise us or make us feel uncomfortable when viewing houses. Would 100% recommend Terry.
