Belvoir did a great job selling our house. We had a few offers that unfortunately fell through initially but managed to secure an offer so we could move into our desired house that we had seen for while quickly. They worked very hard for us to get this done and we couldn’t fault any of the staff. They were all friendly, approachable and offered sound advice when needed. Thank you so much for everyone involved and a special mention to Louise who pushed through for us at the end.

View AgentsAmazing service and a lesson to all other agents
The Belvoir team were absolutely amazing managing through the sale of our property in Dunvant. It was a tricky sale with us not being around. The team took care of everything. Went above and beyond. And were very targeted in finding the right buyer for us. We exchanged and completed within a couple of weeks of the offer being agreed. All managed by Belvoir. Next level service and an example set to all other agents we've worked with over the years. Couldn't be happier.

Urszula was friendly and professional, there was frequent updates and good communication and got the job done above my expectations. The listing process was fast & the property was not on the market for very long. I highly recommend Urszula and will be referring her to other landlords. Thank you!
