View AgentsWonderful letting experience.
Mellissa was brilliant from the first contact all the way up to the final contract signing, regular emails and updates to keep us in the know! My only issue is a passed problem that they seem to have fixed, I had tried multiple times in the past to get viewings and never received any communication, I tried for 3/4 properties back in 2023. Just happy they have now got it all sorted and we had a really smooth process.

We just would love to thank Melissa and the Belvoir team for advocating for us and our cat, for supporting us to find the right home and understanding our more complex situation. You have all been so wonderful. Thank you Melissa for showing us round our new house and helping us to secure the keys!

Wendy from the Swansea Marina office has been amazing. I had an issue with one of the white goods in the property as well as a temporary stint out of work, her professionalism and understanding made sure everything ran smoothly. She is always happy to help and responds very quickly in a polite and professional manner every time. Thank you!

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
